Prior to completing our EBC trek we did a lot of research into different companies, and are so happy we decided to go with this tour operator. From first communication with Dil, any questions we had he answered in a timely manner and on meeting him for our pre-trip meeting, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. Our trip was planned very well and there were no hiccups with the logistics. We met our guide Amar Gurung and porter Suk at Lukla and we instantly knew we were in very capable hands. Amar was a great guide, an extremely caring person and had our health and welfare as his top priority. I unfortunately got sick with food poisoning on the 4th day in Namche Bazaar, but knew I was in very safe hands with Amar, and we continued our trek. Suk our porter is amazing and so strong and met us every morning with a smile. We enjoyed getting to know both of them and hearing about their lives, families, traditions etc. We not only left the trek, completing our goal of getting to Everest BC but we made friends for life in Amar and Suk. I would strongly recommend anybody looking at booking a trek picks this company as nothing was too much trouble for them, everything was arranged well and everybody is super caring and knowledgeable :) Ask for Amar and Suk if you want the best experience! AMAZING!!! Everyone we met through this company was just incredible and went above and beyond. Suman was our guide and he is the absolute the sweetest. He made the trek unforgettable. He is so knowledgeable - we felt so safe with him and he had an answer to everything! The prep chats the night before were the best. He made sure we knew what to expect the next day, and made sure we were always ok. Ramesh was also the greatest. He made us laugh so much and spent so much time with us. It was such a treat overall. We hiked to base camp and then to Gokyo Lake. It was a beautiful trek. We did need medical help and Suman made sure everything went so smoothly. I did the ABC Trek in December 2019. Was an amazing experience and the trek was stunningly beautiful. My guide Deepen had a great knowledge of the mountains and was very attentive to my needs. He had a good understanding of what different clients are capable of after watching them on day 1 and then made sure the trek was suitably challenging but not out of their comfort zone. I always felt that safety was a priority and when extreme bad weather came in when only a few hours from our ABC destination, I was comfortable with the decision not to risk it. No one went up the mountain that day. The trek was fun, heaps to see, lots of people to meet along the way and Deepen always discussed the plan for the following day the night before, so I felt engaged and knew what to expect. Overall a great trip, would highly recommend but make sure you take some very warm clothes if travelling in winter. I'm thinking myself of planning another trek.

I met Mr. Khum SUBEDI, Managing Director, in the taxi receiving me at my arrival at Kathmandu airport. We met again the next day and he proposed me a special trekking program adapted to my level of physical fitness, adding Muktinah to the Poon Hill usual program. The price was reasonable and he took news from me during the whole trip. Mr. SUBEDI is a nice guy and a real professional. My guide, Raju KANDEL, was excellent. He was very helpful but not intrusive. He proposed an alternative plan to make the trip more interesting. The places we stayed were very well chosen. He even took good care of me when my legs were painful after going down too long It was a pleasure to hike with him during the day and to share a beer in the evening. He was quite a friend.

My partner and I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek and I am 100% confident they are the best company available. From start to finish they were there for our every need. During our time in Kathmandu, the agency representative was always at the hotel in person, greeting us with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Before our arrival he was always on hand by email and replied almost instantly to every single question or query I sent him, even with the significant time difference between UK and Nepal. I really don't know how he does it. Our guide during the trek was an absolute pro and was always on hand to answer questions or organize meals, permits or any other need we might have. His knowledge of the Everest region and how to navigate it physically was second to none and it was apparent by the many other guides and porters who stopped to greet him that he is a very experienced and well respected member of the trekking community. A special thanks to the porters in our team, who powered up the trail every day carrying close to 40kg each. Never complaining and never without a smile or a fist bump. They arranged our meals in the evening and came along on acclimatization days. Our group of 3 made it to Everest Base Camp. Many did not. I am certain this came down to the expert guidance and support given by the team. Should I ever return to undertake another adventure, it will be with this team.
