We had a great time with our Europamundo guide, Maria. She was very professional and made a great effort to see to it that everything goes smoothly. Agnes, the guide from Barcelona, was also very informative and amazing. If all of the guides you have are like them, then I would without a doubt book with you again. I also appreciate the free time and transfers provided for dinner. Just a few points for improvement would pertain to more sites visited. I understand that the logic is that a not a lot of people want to do the same thing but I wish more maps and more detailed information could be provided as to how to go about the city. Maria was able to provide maps and information on how to get about the city and it was sufficient of course. However, some travellers who are not attuned to traveling might be a little iffy in exploring on their own. In general though, great tour and Id definitely do it again.

We saw a lot of Sapin which was what we wanted. The itinerary was great. However, it was a bit rushed and a lot more walking then indicated.
The coach was very nice, comfortable and well equipped, nice big window as long as you were not seated by a partition of the windows.
The hotels were for the most part very nice. The hotel in Valencia was terrible.

Appreciate the free time allocated to explore each town/city visited. The Europamundo tour guides were very detail oriented and well organized. The local guides gave very good explanation and background on the sightseeing spots. But the hotel Hotel Praga in Madrid was very crowded and noisy, that it shouldnt be classified as 4 star.

In general the trip itinerary was all that I wanted to do, however, there where many things that were foreseeable that where going to affect the trip and NO previous measure was taken, which eventually disappointed me of how it ended up being the trip. Things like the fact that Granada was going to be closed earlier and make us run to arrive on time but just let us be sitting in the hotel for a long time, or arriving very late to Fez and not having proper time to stay in the place could have been better handled.
In particular, I want to complain about the fact that we were suppossed to go to Alicante, we voted in the bus about skipping this city and two of us said NO to not going to the place and our guided decided to do whatever he wanted thinking we were joking. Not happy about my complaint, Abdel Salam (the guide) wrote to me in my personal whatsapp about his dissapointment of me complaining which I believe is extremly unprofessional.
The night of the 31st of December was also a huge dissapointment. And the lack of consistency and overall bad quality of the hotels was not in accordance to what you advertise in your brochures.

Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Overall, the stay, coordination, and execution were excellent, and I look forward to booking another trip with Bookmundi. The experience was well worth the price, and I highly recommend it to my friends and family for their future travels.
