Hotels in Rome and Frankfurt were lacking in provision of breakfast to group members. Hotel in Rome had a discriminatory layout of breakfast for Europamundo guests and their regular guests. That was insulting sort of experience. It also did not provide any tea/coffee material etc in room. Other hotels were excellent. The guides, Leno, Abdul and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They made thing very easy and trip joyful. The local guide in Vatican city was too verbose and should cut down unnecessary explanations. Rest of the local guides were excellent. There should be provision for letting the guests come to hotel room late or early on their own from city transfers. As of now it gets difficult if the luggage is in the bus as guide can not take responsibility for that. So the guests are forced to travel with the buys. This can be resolved by placing identification stickers on the luggage pieces on day 1 of the tour. Overall, the trip was excellent and I will surely recommend Europamundo to friends and family. Thanks for all the lovely places you took me around.

The local tour guides in each of the towns provided the most information detailed about the history and was very interesting. The Europomundo tour guide, Veronica, was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating to the everyday travel assistance and truly cared about everybody having a good trip.

The locations that appealed to me most were the Switzerland and Italy locations. I am someone who needs to do things with other people in order to be happy, so it was really nice to be able to find a person with whom i could explore the location of the day with during our assigned free time. I do wish occasionally to stay in some cities a little longer, either by free time or staying more days, but i understand the need for the current schedule. The schedule was a lot less hectic than i had initially imagined for my first tour bus type travel excursion and was pleasantly surprised at the overall trip, so i would definitely do it, though at this time i dont know where. I would be interested in touring again with some of the same guides, but i realize that is not a likely possibility. I had a 20 day trip, so i had multiple guides throughout my tour. I had started with Lionel, then went to Linus, Angela, Incarne?, Abdel, and finally Mariano, on my last day. Although, not always enjoyable every moment, i did appreciate the greatly varrying styles of each guide. However, while they were all good in their own way, Incarne and Angela were my favorites due to their styles and interaction with the travelers, in terms of getting to know the travelers and their interests. One thing i should improve upon for myself is to look at the provided information more carefully to determine what exactly is or is not provided. At the time i booked the trip i had not had a free moment to review all the information provided in the traveler information, so i would definitely take the time to research everything

1. Grouping should have been done keeping in mind the preferred language. While i preferred English, i was with a Spanish speaking group till Aarhus - which was not enjoyable. 2. Large groups should no be clubbed with individual/ small family travellers. There was a group of 20 people travelling together and that often led to delays etc.

Our Germany-Norway trip was outstanding We have done a lot of travel but never enjoyed a trip more thanks to Europamundo and our guide Julio Villar, we have never had a more conscientious, hardworking, enthusiastic guide. We knew nothing about Europamundo when we reserved two trips to Europe this year ended up with them as the Tour Company. After the Germany-Norway experience we knew we hit the jackpot with Europamundo Julio . In another 90 or so days we take off for the Lisbon-Rome adventure, I am aggressively petitioning Europamundo to assign JULIO VILLAR to lead the tour. We had a very amazing, unforgettable best experienced with our Panorama Trip. It was our 35th wedding Anniversary and our second honeymoon as well. We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year. I will share our experienced with you with my friends and relatives all over the world, when in fact i posted all our experiences and beautiful pictures in my facebook timeline. Overall the trip was wonderful, and the itinerary and the places we visited were excellent. The included castles, boat, waterfalls and other activities were also great. Logistics was arranged perfectly. Some things for Europamundo to consider: 1. Your Spanish guide speaks for 40 minutes, but leaving the English speaking guide only 5 minutes before arriving to a place. This happened more than once, and specifically with Jonatas Chavery. Overall Spanish speaking passengers were a clear priority over English speaking passengers throughout the trip. We are grateful for the English speaking guides that EuropaMundo provided. Please tell the Spanish speaking guides to give EQUAL time in explaining on the bus. Alberto was excellent and translated immediately to English, so that everyone was engaged, and equal time was spent English/Spanish. 2. We are disappointed the EuropaMundo allows babies on the bus, and that babies are allowed to sit at the front instead of at the last seat in the back of the bus. They are annoying to everyone. 3. We had so many tour guides changes and buses that we did not even have a chance to appreciate them with a tip. Some drivers like Lyon – Tournus were very rude to us and complaint about having to lift the suitcases. 4. All buses should have charging capabilities and wifi. Only one bus had wifi 5. Guides should be instructed to have a comfort stop after each 1 ½ hours of travel. It is unreasonable to expect humans to travel 3 plus hours without a comfort stop. 6. The hotels this time were not as good as usually like is Spain. They were all very clean but IBIS was a disappointment and APPARTCITY was just ok. Breakfast was always excellent. 7. To the smoking guides, they should not smoke while they are talking to us and walking with us drop us. As soon as they drop us, they can smoke as much as they want. We do not need or want to inhale their smelly cigarettes. They also come on the bus smelling like an ashtray. 8. Comments concerning special locations: It was not enough al all 1 hour at Savigny Castle. We were not able to see the magnificent collections. Would be better to allow 1 ½ hours and remove that time from Beaune. You can also remove completely Freiburg and allow more time in Strasbourg or in Triberg. We never got to see Baden Baden or Marseille, we only slept there. Marseille hotel was excellent. Overall this is my third trip with EuropaMundo and I hope to travel again without babies.
