It was a great tour if you wanted to do your own thing but didnt want the hassle of get to from each city finding good hotels. Hotels were a little out of the way. Ibis Zurich didnt seem prepared for handling the extra people needing to eat there. Meals were rushed some days but overall very happy.

our Travel guides (they were all excellent Esp manu and albert) they knew everything And we really learned a lot from them, they were like walking encyclopaedias. They explained everything and always make sure that we dont just understand everything, but we comprehend Manu, Hes a very nice guy. Hes very easy to be with, he shares everything he knows and even personalexperiences..and we really learned a lot from him. He made us feel that hes not only our guide, but our friend too.He wont just tell the rules, he would always explain all the reasons why. the buses They were all cool Super cool So big and comfy..there were chargingnports,wc,everything that you need The bus drivers especially sir juan antonio, he did a great job I was amazed how he can easily manage to drive on the left lane when we got to uk They made us felt that we were indeed handled with the best handsThey were all good drivers..
hotels were nice (except the one from Verona, Albatros hotel if im not mistaken..; the whole room was a total mess from dirty sheets, there were smashed cookies under the bed, shower temp was hard to control, and the smell of the whole room.. i just dont know what word to use coz it smells really bad. Smell was like it wasnt use for a very long time, like an acient times. 128514;) but aside from that, nothing else.

All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.
The trip was good but a few things need to be addressed - the hotels were not very good - wallpapers were peeling, carpets were very dirty and torn and the breakfast was not good. The bus rivers were great but the seats were too close to each other - my tall sons did not have enough legroom. The guides were wonderful and helpful Next time we would like to not be put together with another group that speaks a different language.
Very good itenerary. However, Jthat Indus would subcontract out the tour in Italy to Europamondo we would definitely not have booked this tour. While the itinerary was perfect it was incredibly annoying to have 2 tour guides giving the same explanations of the different locations we were visiting on the bus rides in 2 languages so Europamondo can save money One speaking in English and one repeating the same explanation in Spanish. We had to listen to this for 14 days At times what seemed as long as 15 to 20 minutes each speech. We personally, were actually asked to keep our voices down during the Spanish explanations yet the Spanish speaking people who complained behind us would talk during the English explanations.

Just so you know we are retired and travel internationally extensively on tours every month. We have never had this bilingual experience from any other tour company trafalgar, friendly planet, gate1, Fleetway, Tauck, etc. We are not inexperienced travelers.

I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. The specialty tour guides were knowledgeable and added extra flair to the excursions. Enjoyed the trip immensely.
