Hi Stefania! Sorry to take so long to write back. It has been crazy trying to get back into the swing of things at work after that trip. Italy was amazing!! We absolutely loved it! As for feedback on the trip, we really don't have anything that was negative. We loved everything that was planned! We especially loved how you planned the sites that we went and how the pattern flowed (not sure if you did it on purpose but we think so). Also, thank you for being very accessible to us during the whole planning of the trip. You helped put us at ease and it was very reassuring that we chose the right company. That is all that I can given you that might be considered constructive. The rest I could say would just be compliments on everything else. Great adventure, great guide in Shallal, we'd love to have her on our next adventure! Can say nothing but good things, except perhaps to schedule during a cooler time of year but that is not anything you can change!. We did notice the group dynamic changed when 4 people ended their first week with our group and 4 new people joined our group for the 2nd week. We were more of a team with the first group we had and that was really nice and a good selling point for small group tours like yours. For our next tour we'll be looking only at small group tours.
Christina organized a fantastic first class itinerary for a 28 day tour of Italy by my wife and me. She was very personable and generous with her time and very knowledgeable of the areas we visited. The trip included incredible private tours with top notch guides and smooth transfers all the way. Any minor glitches were handled promptly and professionally. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped.
The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.
