I had a fantastic experience! The hikes through the untouched landscapes of Eastern Iceland were truly a highlight. Kudos to our CEO Mike, whose deep knowledge of the region and passion for hiking made the tour very enjoyable—and allowed us to experience some truly breathtaking nature. The sense of community within our group and having a “home base” in Bakkageroi made the experience even more special.

It would have been nice to have a hotel more centrally located in Borgames. The Hotel Hamar Borgames was nice but extremely isolated. There was nothing to do. Other hotels were centrally located and there were retail and grocery stores nearby.

Only request is to increase the duration of visit at destinations by 10-15mins at least. This can be done by reducing time spent at super markets and cafes.

My husband and I had an amazing day. I can highly recommend this tour to everyone who comes to visit Iceland. Travelling by mini bus is much more convenient. We were picked up in time from the hotel we agreed on as we stayed at a different place. One of the highlights of the tour was our amazing guide Fannar. He was very informative, knowledgeable , fun and a very good driver. He brought us home safely. If you book this tour you will definitely get value for your money.

Iceland was wonderful, and our overall experience was terrific. The itinerary was exactly what we wanted, and our tour guide, Antonjia, was so fun and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time with our small tour group!
Enjoyed the agricultural sights and learning how they used the water and thermal heat for growing most of the vegetables they
eat.
Lots of waterfalls and glaciers to see.
Begin your unforgettable Iceland adventure at Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where history and geology collide as the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates drift apart. Journey next to the mystical Snæfellsnes Peninsula, famed for its rugged coastlines, volcanic craters, and the iconic Snæfellsjökull glacier that inspired Jules Verne’s Journey to the Center of the Earth. Cross the scenic Breiðafjörður Bay by ferry to the remote Westfjords, where towering fjords and the breathtaking Dynjandi waterfall await. Explore the dramatic bird cliffs of Látrabjarg, home to thousands of puffins, and stroll along the striking red sands of Rauðisandur Beach, a hidden gem of tranquility. Experience authentic Icelandic life with a stop at a family-run dairy farm, then continue north to Akureyri, the vibrant capital of North Iceland. Here, embark on an exhilarating whale watching tour in Eyjafjörður Fjord before heading to Siglufjörður, a charming fishing town rich in maritime history. Marvel at the volcanic wonders around Lake Mývatn — from lava fields and pseudo craters to steamy geothermal areas — and feel the raw power of Europe’s mightiest waterfall, Dettifoss. Unwind in the unique geothermal floating pools of Vök Baths, surrounded by serene lake views. Discover the icy majesty of Vatnajökull National Park, Europe’s second-largest, and cruise among towering icebergs in the famous Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. Walk the black sands of Diamond Beach and explore Skaftafell’s glacier tongues before heading to the South Coast’s stunning waterfalls — Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss. Your grand Icelandic journey culminates with a drive through the Golden Circle’s iconic geothermal landscapes, including the erupting Strokkur geyser and the magnificent Gullfoss waterfall, finishing with a memorable final night in Reykjavík. This tour perfectly blends Iceland’s natural wonders, rich culture, and unforgettable adventures into one seamless and thrilling experience.
