We saw so much of Europe and it was wonderful. A couple of more days in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria would have added so much. My wife and I still enjoyed this trip enormously.

We had a good relationship with our tour guide namely Emanuel and Xavier. Really appreciate them. They were patient and courteous in all manners. Everything was moving mentioned as per the itinerary. Everything was arranged perfectly. The only problem I want to bring to your notice is the hotel stay in Delta Florence, the staff was not all good and the hotel was too worse and is rated as 4-star category. I was not only myself and my family it was for the whole group staying on that day. This was the inconvenience caused. apart from that every was good once again appreciate you.
Definitely, I would come to Europamundo to travel with you again.

Our circuit chosen was genuine europe from rome to london.
These are the things that we did not like and i think you can consider improving:
1. Our vatican tour was very crowded, and i think we should be advised prior before we booked this excursion.
2. Since the weather is always unpredictable, the coaches/bus should be with umbrellas for the tourists. I think this is a small thing you can provide and it will mean a lot for us.
3. Our hotels in venice, our tour guide keep on repeating that it was his first time on this hotel, i think the guides should experience staying in a particular hotel before giving it to tourists. The place was too far and the road was too small, it can only fit one car. When we arrived on the hotel/villa there was no restaurant for us take our dinner. Then there was no hot water available. Then for breakfast, they were not ready. This can be avoided if the company should try it first rather letting the tourist experience it for the first time. Although our guide diego, handled our complaints very well.
4. Our hotel booking in Paris was chaos We were sent to the wrong hotel, then apparently we do not have the reservations there. We were supposed to be in a different hotel. The guide got confused with our hotels. So we have to go back to bus and wait for the 40 plus guest to be checked in before we can go to our hotel it took about an hour, then another 15-30 mins to our hotel. We havent had our dinner yet that time. The guide was not that good in handling it, we were not informed on what to do after he sent us back to the bus. Then the bus driver got mad because we did not go down the bus with our luggages, apparently, we should take down our luggages and the guide will go with us by taxi to our hotel.

Generally, the itinerary was acceptable despite the very hectic schedule and short span of time. What we realized later is that we could have added few more days at some major cities so we could have explored more and see more of the sights. As it is, we hardly had time to enjoy these beautiful places like Paris, Lyon, Zurich, Lucerne, Lugano, Rome, Florence, enice, Salzburg Vienna. Such a waste we didnt see more of these places. We had a total of 5 Europmundo tour guides some local guides. Of the 5 Europamundo tour guides, our group of 4: Daphne Beverly Yu, Abigail Joy Ho-Ong I, Mary Jocelyn Ho, commend applaud Guide John. He gave us the most comprehensive helpful information about each place we visited. Next is Sofia. Very pleasing personality, charming helpful too. Our last 2 guides were Mustafa Jose. Mustafa doesnt say much, most of the time just telling us to sleep rest, instead of sharing some info history about each place or the important structures we pass by. Personally, i do believe vacation time is also learning time. We want to know about the history, culture, of each city. The guides are supposed to share these facts. The last guide Jose was with us only for 2 days. I only have this to say about Jose: he speaks English well.

Ignacio and Gaby made the tour extremely pleasant. They both very professional and I can see they went out their way to meet the needs of every customer. It’s noted that Gaby is very experienced and that Ignacio learned well from her she was his mentor. Flor, another guide was extremely helpful as well. They should be recognized by this company.

Can we follow up the police report and incident report that was made by our tourist guide name angeles. It was on lyon,inside the bus was stolen ang big travel bag. Amounting 900 a total items was stolen together with the bag.She promised that she will help us and just ff up the documents in europamundo agency in manila.please help us.wee need to claim our insurance.thank a lot and more power to europamundo. I liked how the main points of every city were highlighted. The transportation from city to city is very convenient while at the same time seeing more at the multiple stops made to the final destination.
Its first time to go with europamundo and realy it was very good and Organized trip and all the guide it was amazing all if them realy..next year inshallah we join again
