Overall trip was good. Negatives were that the hotel in Rome was dated, no refrigerator. Front desk did not send requested help 2 of 3 times. Was difficult to get Ice as there was no Ice machine. Pillows were flat. The hotels were much better. We had 5 tour guides. Felipe and Antonio were great as was the local guide Genaro in Capri. WE liked that the drivers sold chilled bottled water for 1 euro on each bus.

He took care of everyone and was funny, intelligent, gracious and a pure delight. He is what made the trip so special and memorable, a philosopher that showed us Puglia.
