It was a great tour if you wanted to do your own thing but didnt want the hassle of get to from each city finding good hotels. Hotels were a little out of the way. Ibis Zurich didnt seem prepared for handling the extra people needing to eat there. Meals were rushed some days but overall very happy.

The organization of the trips was good. The buses were also good . There was a bit of confusion at the beginning of my trip as my hotel was confirmed only the day before I travelled and the guide did not have my name in the list in Vienna when she came to pick up the passengers.

Overall a great trip The hotels were mostly good class hotels except for two which were below expectations. The amenities in these two hotels were spoiled, not working or not useable. Not that we mind old hotels but at least do ensure that doors or any other amenities are in working condition in the rooms Our guide Raid the coach driver made the 9 day tour a pleasant one. Together they ensured that we the travellers of different cultures and nations get from point to point smoothly and efficiently. The recommended optionals were great too. As for the visit to the Roman Forum, it would be more meaningful if it was guided. The coach we travelled in was very comfortable with good ventilation. I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. Excellent choice of hotels, hire car was spacious and new. Friendly staff replied to my (many) questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Granada and Seville are truly amazing places to visit and so is Cordoba but 2 days in the both the former locations and 1 day in Cordoba was the perfect combination with a beach 1/2 day at Torremolinos at the start and the end to relax. Will use you guys again !
