Ignacio and Gaby made the tour extremely pleasant. They both very professional and I can see they went out their way to meet the needs of every customer. It’s noted that Gaby is very experienced and that Ignacio learned well from her she was his mentor. Flor, another guide was extremely helpful as well. They should be recognized by this company.
I have never done a group tour before, I always travel solo. I chose this trip because it was better priced than if I were to do it on my own. I was a little hesitant having to be with a group, but the style of this tour was PERFECT! I have already recommended it to others. The guides were excellent. The city guides were excellent. Good mix of different nationals, well planned itinerary.However, contrary to what our Travel Agent in Kochi told, there had been no daily transfers to City centre for dinner at choice restaurants.Being vegetarians we had some difficulty in this aspect.

Hotel Stays in Italy France was the worst ever. This was not 4 Star for sure. These hotels where not even worth 2 stars. Please take action on Hotel Booking. I would stop recommending Europamundo just for this reason.
