This was an excellent trip to Thailand! All of the details were arranged! The tour guides were knowledge locals. It was nice not having to arrange any of the drivers. The hotels were all nice, clean, and comfortable. The tours were well chosen and all of the locations were excellent! I highly recommend and I would go again!

I really liked this trip, though I wish we stayed in Busan for at least another night. Both the Contiki and Korean guides were great, there were a few add-ons in each city to choose from and I definitely feel like I learned more about Korea than if I'd gone to the country without doing a Contiki tour. Our Everest Base Camp trek was truly unforgettable. The entire experience was flawlessly managed—from the initial planning to the final steps back from the mountains. The team’s coordination and communication were excellent, always timely and clear. Our guide, Pralhad, was incredibly caring, attentive, and experienced, and the porters were amazing—reliable, kind, and supportive throughout the trek. Every lodge and restaurant stop was thoughtfully selected, giving us comfort without losing the authenticity of the journey. Raj, the owner, was fantastic—always available, quick to respond, and offered valuable insights at every stage.

Absolutely loved my Dhoni snorkelling adventure in the Maldives. Magic!
The sealife was sublime - the hawksbill turtles, dolphins, tropical fish and sharks were phenomenal. Unfortunately the coral was extensively bleached but trying to rejuvenate.
Our guide Teddie was exceptional, skilled at positioning our small group in the best snorkelling spots and capturing it/ us on camera. The crew worked tirelessly - Chef Asitha and Waiter Libee produced delicious banquets for every meal, .Captain Anees took us where we needed to go and Rahul kept a watchful eye whilst we were snorkelling and kept things ship-shape.
As expected, the accommodation was very basic, but met all our needs.
Tips:
1. Follow Explore!’s recommendation and bring a smallish soft bag - the drawers under the bunks are roomy and you actually need very little ;
2. Ignore Explore!’s recommendations and allow more for tips than the 25sterling recommended. The team work tirelessly to provide outstanding experiences.
3. Bring sunscreen and shirts for sun-protection.
I did this trip as an extension to a Sri Lankan tour and it was a fabulous combo: its going to be hard to beat and especially hard to beat the value.

I did the Everest Base Camp trek with this tour operator as a solo traveler. I was placed in a group of five other fellow travelers. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience. Borneo with Contiki was honestly one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. Our trip leader was amazing and made everything feel so easy and fun. I met such a great group of people, and seeing orangutans in the wild was something I’ll never forget. Every excursion was packed with adventure I had the best time!

Our itinerary included Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and more—each destination exceeded my expectations.
