Great trip, lots of variety in accommodation from lodges, luxury tents to serviced camping.
Our guide was amazing and managed to track and find lots of animals although luck has a lot to do with it! Visiting a range of reserves in Botswana, we had the opportunity to see lots of different landscapes/vegetation and species.
Recommend layers for wearing on 4WD as it is cold in the morning and trip does include some long drives in open sided vehicle.
Note, there's opportunity to buy drinks for the 5 nights camping and cooler in 4WD. Water and hot drinks provided.
The food during the camping and stay on houseboat was lovely.
Houseboat rooms are small and hot as windows/doors don't have flyscreens.
Long drive through Namibia which includes 3 border crossings, we were lucky on our trip and all went relatively smoothly, would've been nice to have a nights stay in Namibia to visit one of its parks and not have so much travel and stress for guide.
