Overall the experience was amazing … as you can check and see we did multiple back to back tours and got an awesome appreciation for the countries and cultures we got to experience. Note there was a 2 week gap in the middle where we travelled with Rovos Rail which contributed to our overall experience but the NatGeo/GAd included village visits etc that allowed us to be up close and personal with people to appreciate their lifestyle.

It was a wonderful trip thanks to an exceptional guide, Africa's own treasured wildlife and habitats, and the kind generosity of the natives who shared with us this spectacular part of the world. Yes, the pre-trip paperwork could have been less confusing . The logistics should maybe have been worked out earlier and more definitely. Wonderful tour and met all our expectations. It was a real treat having Abdul as our guide. Very positive experience overall. Our only frustration was when we first joined the tour group, the van we rode in to Marrakesh was already full. The four of us had to ride in the very back which was really meant for 3 people. Two of our travelling companions are over 6 ft. tall and our shoulders were overlapping by 6-8 inches. It was super uncomfortable as well as one of us gets car sick, so sitting in back in super tight quarters (with no windows and air conditioning that was not working from the front to the back of the van) was completely unacceptable. We in no way blame Abdul as this was not his doing, it was the responsibility of this company to make sure this did not happen. I hope you take care of this situation for future!
