The itinerary was very good and included a lot of different and interesting locations concerning Inca history. The route was well thought out with time to acclimatise to the altitude at Araquipa, befor continuing ro the higher levels of Colca Valley , Puna and Lake Titicacca. We felt the impact of the altirude on some of the walks, but the guides were careful to make rwgular stops and take a pace that suited all the group. Hotels and food was excellent throughout the trip. This was definitely a moderate to high paced trip , with early starts to see many places, although the benefit was often an early night! I would definitely recommend this tripto those who are moderately fit ( walking) and like exploring .

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Darwin our tour leader was excellent and made sure the group got the most out of the trip. Peru is a colourful and vibrant country with fantastic scenery, history and culture. Special highlights included watching condors soar around the colca canyon, along with our time on Taquile Island and of course Machupicchu.

I had the most amazing time in Sri Lanka on this active tour. It was jam packed with adventures and challenges and braving the elements The small group was great and we all bonded really well. The tour leader was fantastic His local knowledge and wildlife knowledge was incredible. He could name every bird , insect , animal and plant we came across with it scientific name as well as its local name. I enjoyed every moment of the tour

Although the itinerary was excellent it was somewhat marred by road conditions - slow progress through roadworks and excessive dust. We had the same driver for the whole tour and he was excellent. Our guide was generally very good but sometimes things did get lost in translation. It wasn’t listed in the itinerary but 3 of us did the brewery tour which was a short walk from the Riverside Resort. The beer and the tour were excellent Bandipur was a total delight even though it was very cold.

Fabulous trip with an excellent guide. Taylor was very knowledgeable and great company to be with in New Zealand. She added extra bits into the itinerary to help us see more of New Zealand. Only minor critique would be to allow more time in the itinerary in Dunedin if possible but that’s only a small thing. Overall the itinerary is good and allows you to see a great deal of the country and to get a really good feel for the place. Would highly recommend.

Our 15 day trip to Nepal in November met all our expectations. The group of 16 was led by Su, who was not only caring and attentive but knowledgable on every aspect of his country. The trip was full on and involved city walks as well as peaceful treks through the countryside and hilltop pretty villages with spectacular views of the Himalayas. Su ensured we had the opportunity of seeing beautiful sunsets and regularly gave us the option of rising early to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop of our accommodation. Visiting Chitwan National Park was a highlight at the end of our trip where we saw one-horned rhinos, elephants as well as other animals and birds. The bus journeys were comfortable and restful as we passed through villages and saw day to day life of the local people. We made regular stops for bathroom breaks, coffee or just stretch our legs. I would thoroughly recommend this trip for those with a moderate to good level of fitness who would like to enjoy all aspects of Nepal.
