We appreciate the opportunity to provide a narrative evaluation of our recent trip with Trafalgar and to those who made it possible. Our compliments to the Trafalgar specialist team that handcrafted the day-by-day itinerary that made this offering one of the most complex and diverse of our many trips. The success of your offering is best measured by the quality of your local team of professionals that begin with the Travel Director, Coach Drive, and local guides. Travel Director, Coach Driver, and the local professional guides for the optional experiences were all top quality. was excellent as our Director for accomplishing all of the details and logistics demanded of the many experiences occurring in each of the daily itinerary offerings. The quality of customer service and satisfaction is never an accident but the result of intelligent effort to meet the details required each and every time. was outstanding in making this group experience exceptional for our forty-three member group. Let me explain in detail: Our group diversity consisted of three multiple member families; five couples along with ten single women attendees; five different countries were represented speaking in four different languages. Trafalgar’s twenty plus multifaceted optional experience generates a logical nightmare for any Travel Director to accomplish for the eighteen day journey. The success of every trip begins with the Travel Director who serves as the facilitator of the process for accomplishing each detail of a multiple offering. Having served in a forty-two year career involving health care, customer service, education training and event management you recognize excellence when it is experienced. met and exceeded those daily challenges and made our trip for those in our group an outstanding one that will always be remembered. A valued team member that is sometimes lost in the evaluation process is that of the professional Coach Driver. Anton Korcon who was our Driver will always be remembered as the “Local Good Will Ambassador” at each stop and every day as we began the tour. is exceptional for not only being our professional driver but the service and positive greeting that we all received with a smile. He became a special member to our group because of his ability to connect with each member and always being there to welcome us back from each event. Large companies and organizations will espouse the statement that “our employees are our greatest assets” and in this case the Trafalgar team of and are exemplary examples of this being a true statement. Memories that get shared from travelers are more than the sites being visited but include those positive interactions and interpersonal communication skills of those encountered along the journey. and deserve that recognition for making this Trafalgar trip one of our best. The itineary was a breath taking experience. The travel director takes care of you from day 1 ensuring you maxmize your time to capture points of interest in all countries. A superb and well co-ordinated travel experience in every country accompanied with a local specialist. Travelled in comfort with a profesiional driver that engages with all his passengers. Great camaradie during the seventeen days. An experince not to be missed with Trafalgar tours. Consistenet "Five Star" service until the very end.

It was amazing. We were all looked after very well. Accommodation was great and very comfortable. Our tour guide and bus drive brilliant. Always looking after everyone. The people on tour were lovely. We all got a long very well. I learned though, that you can say no to optional other activities if you are wanting time away from everyone. Time to enjoy the pool at your hotel etc.

Packed itinerary, but that's the way if one wants to see more. Works well for us, but maybe not some others. We had a great time covering all the cities. Tour Director and Driver did an amazing job to make it seamless. Their first time partnering, but what a partnership.

It's very well planned. Covers most if not all of the pertinent attractions. Meals were also well planned with emphasis on local cuisine. I like that we have 2 nights stay in each city.

We want to express our gratitude to for being an outstanding travel director. We had an opportunity do, see and learn so much, and this is all because of her. It was enhanced by her positive attitude, beautiful smile and powerful knowledge, which motivated us during this trip.
