Vienna Tours in March 2027

Good tour. A bit hectic but well managed. Hotel choice on peak dates was poor like in Zurich and Florence during Christmas and New Year. Guides were good. Isabelle was very good of the lot and gave family like feeling.

The days which involved full day walking tours - for example Prague and Berlin. More freedom to explore areas of city we wanted to see and at same time having a local guide and europamundo to take us through history, cultural aspects of the city and assist with basic navigation.

Great coveage of sights and areas. Flexible with my requirements to go off tour . Tour guides , George, Gabby , Raid and Mario super tour guides , helpful, professional , listened and knowledgeable. What needs to be fixed , the clients who disrespect others who turn up on time . Rudeness to our tour guides . Had it happen on Raid tour , a group of 5 Indians were always later , so rude to Raid . To the point where 6 of us all said something to them . You need to make it very clear on them booking , they have to be on time . Otherwise it disadvantages then other visitors/clients . Dont like to see tour leaders having clients being rude to them . Its so disrespectful . All of thr tour leaders were highly professional. Overall I am very happy with my tour , 5 stars.

Overall tour was good but requires improvement in pick and drop services and also hotel quality may improve. Tour guides Patricia and Rene were helpful and cooperative. Bus service must have wi-fi which was missing. Should believe the customer after providing much evidence that Europomunda did not give our taxi fare from Viena airport to the hotel given by the agency. The transport receiver person must stand with PLAYCARD.

I found the trip very fun because of our tour guides, Ms. Sofia Bucho and Ms. Gaby. They are very accommodating and informative. And same goes with other tourists, they are all friendly and cooperative. I loved and enjoyed the trip. Thank you. 9786;
