Vienna City sightseeing Trips

i booked for extra night hotel after tour , however on last day trip on camden london, after tour ends at there, would appreciate if have a service transfer me back to hotel.

Europamundo caters to mostly Spanish speaking tourists. The tour bus we were in were filled with folks from Latin America. The tour guides are from Madrid so of course they prefer the Spanish speaking over the English speaking tourists. Most of the time, when the tour guides get to translate into English, we already passed the landmark that they were talking about. I just wish they could have split the group and the bus between English and Spanish speaking. It is not only the language barrier but also the culture differences that they have to consider. Also, the meeting point in Amsterdam is way too far. The tour guide could have arranged the meeting point to be in the city center. Not all tourists are tech savvy and has good orientation to go back to where the bus is parked.

Overall, our Europe trip was very smooth and memorable. Our guides Ana, Javier, Ivan and Nacho made it fun and exciting. Kudos also to the drivers and the tour guides.

Our Europamundo guides, particularly Anna and Javier, along with the local guides, were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and supportive, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for despite the large number of guests. As an Asian same-sex couple, we were pleasantly surprised by their inclusive and accepting attitude. We come from a developing country and had saved up all our lives for this journey. We were not disappointed, as Europe and its people surpassed our expectations and proved to be nothing short of magical.

over all experience was very good. the tour guides namely Miss Sophia, Miss Ysolda, Mr Gorka Mr Raid are very reliable and took good care of our safety and the group. especially Miss Ysolda , there was a time when an old Indian couple got lost in the train terminal in Zurich, they are not from our group but Ysolda help them find their way and reunited with their group. Mr Raid was so funny , energetic very nice to be with during long drive. Lastly During the City Bus Tour, each country i was hoping that we might be given a time to go down the bus to have some decent photos, but its ok i understand as we are in a Big Group. I really enjoyed the walking tours we had in the beginning of our tour. I wish we had more of those instead of being driven around the bus in some of the countries. Or having half on the bus and half off the bus. Being able to walk around the city and see the architecture as the local guides talk is one of the highlights of the tours for me.
