Sorrento 8-Day Tours and Trips

My personal preference would have been for more time in Pompeii (half a day is barely time to scratch the surface) and to skip the stop in Naples, but if you're more interested in modern cities than archaeology, you'd probably disagree. This tour is a well-balanced mix, with something for everyone. Our tour leader was absolutely amazing - it was more like going on holiday with a friend than a paid guide!

I had an amazing time on this 9-day Italy trip! The itinerary was very well organized, covering so many highlights — from Rome’s Colosseum to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Positano, Sorrento, and Capri. It’s definitely an active trip with lots of walking, but such a great way to see and experience so much in a short time. The hotels were functional and well located, with the last one in Sorrento being especially beautiful with its sea views. The absolute highlight, though, was our tour guide, Alessia. She went above and beyond every single day — knowledgeable, organized, enthusiastic, and always available if anyone needed something. You could tell she truly cared about making sure everyone had the best experience. The group itself was great, and thanks to Alessia, everything felt seamless and fun. Highly recommend this trip if you want to see the highlights of Italy with a fantastic guide leading the way!

I had the most amazing time cycling from coast to coast in Italy with Exodus. The scenery was stunning, the rides were very enjoyable, we had the chance to try lots of tasty local food and the group were lovely.

This was the first time that this trip had been run using E-bikes, so everyone was keen to see how the trip would unfold. We were introduced to our bikes on the first evening, and because of a change of hotel we had the opportunity to cycle into Monopoli, and return in the dark after an amazing first meal. When I checked the itinerary I could see that the first two rides were going to be the most challenging in terms of ascent and distance, but I quickly realised that E-bikes are a great leveller. There are four levels of assistance, with turbo being the most powerful. The motor rewards effort, the faster you peddle, the more assistance it gives you, up to its maximum speed - these bikes are not chipped like the delivery cycles that whizz around around our streets bringing takeaways to the masses. Each person in the group decided how much effort to put in, getting up the many hills, but hats off to the one person in the group who rode the whole way on an ordinary bike . . . . and he was not at the back. Respect!! With uphills come downhills, and there were plenty of those. Long sweeping downhills that went on and on. Great fun. We were well fed and watered on this trip, both at lunchtime and in the evenings, and for the most part the weather behaved itself.

Just returned from our trip. Had an amazing time with great people. Our tour leader Lisa went over and above to make this a memorable holiday including giving us recommendation for places to eat and things to do in our free time.

Accommodations were always very nice and the itinerary was amazing. Our Explore Leader, Manny, was the Best! She was so informative, set up special group meals where we could attend if we wanted to. She had amazing knowledge of everywhere we went and had such a great sense of humor. Our group was small and we all got along so well and much of this is attributed to Manny. Thank You!
