Istanbul Explorer Trips

The Solo-ish Trip was exactly what I needed -- we ended up being a diverse group of like-minded travellers and with our tour guide's leadership, we experienced Turkey in what I can only describe as "grown up summer camp." We learned, and we laughed. I can't wait to book my next Solo-ish Trip.

This tour was fantastic! Our tour guide Seda was so fantastic. Her knowledge was impressive and she had such a passion for her job. She was kind and helped make our tour great. She was organised and ensured we got to see everything we needed. The itinerary was great with Cappadocia being a highlight. The museum pass was such a win and allowed us to see more places than expected. I would highly recommend this trip and Seda.

Seda is a great guide. She’s very knowledgeable and accommodating to what’s best for the group. All the stops are wonderful and we get to see the best of Turkey. Travel days are usually pretty long but the bus is spacious and comfortable with on board WiFi.

I love the new Solo-ish concept, and hope you continue to provide more and more options for Solo-ish tours. In my previous small group tours, it was sometimes challenging to be one of the only solo travelers and either feel like a "third wheel" if I tagged along with a group or feel like a loner if I didn't "click" with the few other solo travelers on a trip. It was so nice to have everyone be a solo traveler! As for the tour itself, it was a great introduction to Turkey - I especially liked the time in Cappadocia, which had such a great mix of activities - definitely the best part of the trip.

GAventures made exploring Turkieye fascinating and fun. Ihsan, our guide, was outstanding in every way, and our group bonded under his expert leadership. He scoped out great restaurants and made excellent suggestions whenever we asked for excursion options during our free time. We've chosen GAdventures for many of our trips because of the small group size, the in-home interactions with locals, and the ease of having the details managed.

Flavia and Livan made what would have ordinarily been “great trips” into AMAZING TRIPS. They were both so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was ever a trouble for them. I have been on many G Adventure trips, and I will continue to travel with G due to the continuous good experiences I continue to have. Thank you Flavia and Livan.
