Istanbul 14-Day Tours and Trips

I learned a lot about Turkish history- and it made me want to learn even more. Even though the trip was 2 weeks it made me wish it was another 2 weeks to explore more.

We did a two week tour of Turkey and Greece. Everything went incredibly smooth down to every detail. The company is incredibly responsive to your needs and questions. The tour sizes in Turkey were small and the guides excellent. The accomodations were always in great parts of the city. In Athens to your size was large and not as enjoyable as Turkey. The cruise ship was crowded but we enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Great service. Wonderful price.

Excellent tour with Oz, an incredibly knowledgeable and caring tour guide. I would recommend this tour. We had only 7 in the group and were able to travel comfortably in a mini van. The only small critique I would have is I would liked to have something different added to the itinerary such as a cooking demonstration but the trip to the turtle sanctuary was great. Having a whole free day in Kas was excellent and the chance to do early morning balloon ride in Cappadocia was the highlight

'Turkey In Depth' was an excellent tour. I was particularly impressed with the Tour guide, Oz, who went out of his way to ensure that we all had a memorable time. We had two tour members with personal medical conditions that arose during the tour and Oz was very sensitive to their needs, discreetly arranging hospital visits for them while ensuring the tour progress was unaffected. His knowledge of the various places we visited was excellent and his sense of humour was delightful. All members of the tour were seasoned travellers and they were all very friendly and interesting people. We had a very good time together. The places visited were fascinating and the hotels were generally of a good standard. There is a large amount of bus travel between the sites visited, which potential travellers should bear in mind, but the bus we travelled in was very comfortable. The tour is definitely 'Full On' as described. A reasonable level of fitness is necessary as there is a lot of walking around ancient sites with uneven, often slippery paths as well as lots of steps. Overall, this was an excellent tour that gave great insight into this wonderful country and its ancient history. I recommend it highly as it exceeded my expectations.

We really liked the historic sites we visited in Turkey. It brought back all the biblical history of Paul’s preaching to the Ephesians. Ephesus and Troy were the highlight of our trip.
