I had an absolutely fantastic 15-day trip through Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam with this tour operator, and I can't recommend them highly enough! All of our 3-star hotels were clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of each city, within a 5-minute walk of major attractions. Tours consistently started on time, respecting our schedule. The buses and airport transfer vehicles were comfortable, and we were always provided with bottled water. The meals provided at the hotels and during the tours were exceptional The tour guides and drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative, providing valuable insights into each city and attraction we visited. We just returned from Vietnam. It was a great tour that provided us with a lot of interesting knowledge and unforgettable experiences, especially in Pu Luong a fascinating place with its unique culture. Our guides were experienced and friendly, and all the hotels were very nice. Evelyn's support and communication with us throughout the trip were incredible. We had a fantastic time! All the hotels were excellent, the tours were well-organized, and the guides were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was traveling with my daughter, and as we're not very experienced travelers, it meant a lot that we always felt safe, supported, and well taken care of throughout the trip.

Our accommodations, upgraded to four-star hotels, were excellent, and drivers and guides were always punctual. The tour operator checked in with us daily and was responsive to any questions or requests, like adding a sunrise visit.

The team made our trip to Vietnam so special! Everything was handled smoothly, and we felt really well taken care of the whole time.
