Delphi Tours in Spring

The pace of the trip was perfect. We got to explore the historical cities of Greece while also having plenty of time to relax and enjoy the islands. Sitting by the sea in Mykonos with a coffee in hand was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Despina, patiently answered all of our questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. Just talking with her was a pleasure in itself. The hotels were clean, and the Greek food was much more varied and delicious than I had expected. The tavernas in Athens, in particular, were a wonderful surprise for me.

Good itinerary and excellent Tour Director () made this a very enjoyable holiday. Quality of accommodation was very good. One point to consider is the size of the tour group - in this case 43. However, the Tour Director had everything very well organised. For example, seating was rotated daily (with couples and families still being seated together). Greece is a very popular country, so expect all the historical sites etc to be busy.

My favorite stop was Meteora; it felt like stepping into a dream. Cruise part waz amazing. The transfers were smooth, and everything felt well-organized without being rushed. It was one of those trips where everything just felt right.

I wasn’t entirely sure how a tour combining both the mainland and islands would turn out, but Eskapas nailed it. Olympia and Delphi were absolute standouts, full of history and charm, while Mykonos gave us that perfect breather after several action-packed days. Our guide knew the ins and outs of every site and made sure we got the best experience at each stop. One thing I really appreciated was how central the hotels were, making it super easy to explore during the free time we had. Definitely a trip that kept me engaged and relaxed in equal measure!

I have to give a nod to Alex from Eskapas for his seamless organization; everything felt thought-out from start to finish. Honestly, it’s rare to travel without a hitch, but this trip managed it, and I’m really glad I chose Eskapas.

Delphi was fascinating, but Meteora truly stood out as a unique experience. Tour company Eskapas handled all the logistics seamlessly, making sure we could just enjoy the trip without any worries.
