The itinerary was outstanding. Every destination we visited was full of charm and rich history, each offering something unique to discover. The food was terrific, and the people were warm and welcoming. I would gladly return to each of those places again.

In my third tour with Costsaver, I had thought the pricing to be ideal and had certain expectations to be met but was left disappointed. While the itinerary had add-on options, it was somewhat lacking in included excursions. I would have appreciated the ability to visit a place without having to complete the entire guided tour, such as taking a Venice water taxi to Burano without having to participate in the “feast.” The coach was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Our driver, ensured our safety during the journey. I had previously stayed at some of the hotels selected, so I was familiar with their standards. However, some of the hotels chosen were surprisingly disappointing, and I had higher expectations based on the cost of the tour. I have undertaken a similar trip in the past, and this trip was significantly more expensive, & I had anticipated better hotels based on the higher payment.
