The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

The trip was incredible! I would have loved another night on the boat, that was definitely the best part. Some of the places we visited felt rushed but I think that was because our trip leader was feeling rushed. He brought his girlfriend on the trip with us and she was pretty impatient at some of the spots (walks, restaurants, cave etc) so we ended up leaving earlier than planned for a lot of the add ons he planned for us. Other than that the itinerary was perfect and I’d visit Komodo again in a heartbeat!
