England 13-Day Tours and Trips

Many highlights every day. A taste of Europe.Days are long often starting 7am on bus, ending after 8 pm. Tiring but worth it for a 70 yr old. Very, very well organized and timed.. Highly recommend.

A wonderful holiday thanks to our fantastic tour guide, Shabby, who was so knowledgeable, entertaining and patient and qur driver, Ashley, who effortlessly negotiated all sorts of weather conditions and roads for approximately 2500 miles! They both went out of their way to see that we had the best tour possible and I am sure none of us will hear the Wham song ""wake me up"" without having fond memories of the tour and all the new friends we made.

It is important to know that this experience is fast paced and sometimes it's a few hours in a country and then off on the bus to travel to the next destination. There is a fair amount of bus travel. This is a taster to what is out there. You will be able to say you have been to all these amazing places and have a goal to spend more time there next time. There are extra costs along the way to pay for optional experiences. It's good to be aware of all of this in advance so that you can have the best holiday possible and be prepared. The tour guides are fantastic and go above and beyond to give you a memorable holiday experience. In my opinion, take a few days before the tour to prepare, and a few days after to rest and do a it more travelling. Finally, be prepared to make some life long friends with those on tour as you will be spending hours and days together. Embrace every opportunity to experience something different, enjoy the differences, soak it all up; languages, cultures, food, music, currency.....you will never be the same, you will be enriched!

10/10 would recommend traveling with Contiki! I made the best friends and saw the most amazing places. I never had to stress about planning thanks to the amazing staff. Our tour guide, was the best. She made sure that we had the best time and worked so hard behind the scenes. Our driver, made us feel so safe on the road and we couldn’t have gone anywhere without him.

This tour was everything we wanted in the time we wanted. United Kingdom and Ireland in 13 days was brisk, but didn't feel we missed anything. Our tour guide, Aileen, was very knowledgeable about all of the sites and history. Ashley was our bus driver. He was an excellent driver and did an impressive job of loading luggage. All the people on the tour with us were kind, courteous, and punctual. We were very pleased with this tour.

This was a great trip, our tour director was great, he had alot of knowledge on each of the countries, showed as great spots, our Coach driver was a great driver that I felt self with behind the wheel. I got to see an experience so much and I will be going with Trafalgar on my next trip
