The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

Starting times in the morning should be earlier .Leaving at 9.30 or 9.00 is rediculas and wastes good holiday time..These tours are not cheap and you need to get the most out of them.start at 8.00or 8.30 at latest. It should be made known that if you are so immobile that you sit in your seat antill those that are mobile can get of the coach guickly. Lots of the time it would take nearly 10 minutes to get of depending where you sat. As this was the 37 Trafalgar or Insight tour l do know what I am talking about .This was my 82 tour altogether..

4.0 | Very Good
It was an interesting itinerary & the tour was well organised. The hotels were good & breakfasts were good. The tour guide was hard to connect with & was not interested in discussing anything. She told us a lot about her psychology studies which had nothing to do with the tour. I think the Clovelly walk down very steep cobblestones hill was too challenging. I walk 10 km a day but the very steep hill of cobblestones was too much for safety. There was no point in telling us to walk down as it was a struggle even for fit folks.
