The trip was absolutely amazing. We had a great time cycling and met some wonderful people. The boat was perfect for the group. The food was excellent along with the service. Absolutely would recommend to active folks who are looking for an adventure.
Fun group to ride and travel with. Great staff and great food. Weather could have been warmer but who can control that. And headwinds were tough. Maybe do Bruges to Amsterdam for more tailwind??
We took the Amsterdam to Bruges Boat & Bike Tour in April 2026. It was the final week of our six-week European adventure. It was by far the best activity we did in the six-week, six-country trip. We loved the pace of travel, biking during the day and a bit of sailing here and there. A good mix of seeing the countryside, the forests and big towns and even some cities. Our tour guides were excellent, taking us on evening strolls to learn more about the history of a town. The app allowed us to be independent; we were never lost while biking on our own. I do recommend the e-bikes - you're on holiday after all, not training for a triathlon. We will definitely book another bike and boat tour in the future.
I had an amazing experience traveling across Europe with Expat Explore. Everything was well-organized, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Our tour manager, Ricardo, was incredibly knowledgeable and made each destination more interesting, exciting and meaningful. Our driver, Bogdan, kept us safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Great food, comfortable hotels, and a smooth journey overall—no complaints at all! I would definitely travel with Expat Explore again and highly recommend them to my friends. Gracias muchos to Expat Explore, Ricardo and Bogdan! More power to all of you!
It was a dream come true trip. 7 fabulous countries in 8 days. Svetlana the tour guide had the best personality. The bus driver could have been a Formula 1 driver. Highlights included Venice and Paris. Would highly recommend. While on the bus you had fabulous views of the Austrian and Italian alps
I had a wonderful time on this trip and recommend it highly. The crew and guides were a joy to be with and did everything they could to ensure we were well looked after. We loved the Fleur and the variety of sights we saw. A really great way to have an active but also cultural holiday.
