Amazing 12 day tour through Vietnam, super organised and great choice of activities/locations. I had such a genuine experience - would never have done half of what we did if I’d traveled on my own. Such a fun group and great leader Luke. Thank you :)

This was my first Intro Vietnam trip and I can’t recommend it enough. I had a great time meeting new people and made some awesome memories to last a lifetime. Luke my group leader was great and made it a really fun time!

I just finished my 12-day Vietnam intro trip and would highly recommend it. This was my third trip with Intro, and it definitely wont be my last. I had the pleasure of having Bela Morgado as our group leader, and I only have positive things to say about her. Shes an incredibly kind and lovely person who put so much effort into making this trip fantastic. Bela is knowledgeable, organized, reliable and always there to help with anything we needed, bringing everyone together. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe throughout the entire trip, which is especially important when exploring a new country. The itinerary was a great mix of history and modern Vietnam, with all the activities well thought out and organized. Along with the planned activities, everywhere we went Bela would provide us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, cafes, historical buildings and additional cool to see places. My only regret is not booking the Vietnam and Cambodia combo, but I guess that means Ill have to come back next time!

On our last day of our Vietnam 12 day intro tour. I couldnt recommend this trip enough. Fantastic food, people and the trip was brilliantly organised. Finally the biggest recommendation goes to our wonderful tour guide Annelise. She was knowledgable, attentive and kept up such positive vibes throughout the entire trip! 10/10 would recommend!

I have just finished the 12 day Vietnam intro tour and it was incredible! The activities, the accommodation everything was perfect! I loved how everything was sorted for you so you just had to wake up and go! The range of places we stayed in was amazing. From big cities to the jungle! Annelise was my tour leader and she was incredible. So knowledgeable about Vietnam and so helpful the whole way through and for our onward travel. As a solo traveller I 100% recommend!! ¸³

I went on the 12 day Vietnam intro tour solo, highly recommend to anyone looking to travel by themselves or with others. We were lucky enough to have 3 group leaders; Michelle, Jas and Tim. They made sure we felt welcome, safe and most importantly had fun. The trip was well planned out and included so many activities and sightseeing. You make so many friends throughout the trip the hardest part by far is saying goodbye to all of them. Would definitely encourage other people to go on this trip.

Just finished the 12 day trip to Vietnam ³ Having booked this back during Covid and having to reschedule the dates, Intro were super helpful and quick to answer any queries regarding rebooking. The app was super easy to use and had all the relevant information for the trip. On the trip we had the best team leader, Lauren Ryan!! She was so calm, organised and always on hand if you needed any help. Whether that be something as simple as finding the best local iced coffee to navigating our way through the busy cities, Laurens professionalism, knowledge and connection with the group was amazing. Without her, I definitely wouldnt have had the same experience. Thank you Lauren!!!! For my first time travelling outside Europe, Intro definitely made me feel safe and had a fantastic itinerary. Ill definitely be looking to jump on another trip soon! ¸

I did the 12 day tour of Vietnam and I cant recommend it enough! It was amazing to see so many different places (Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh). I;ve just finished the 12 day Vietnam tour with our absolute legend of a group leader, Connor. The tour was amazing seeing so many different parts of this beautiful country and a great variety of activities for all personalities. Connor was a fabulous group leader, full of knowledge, always available to answer any questions, and always ready to bust out some 10/10 dance moves and karaoke. The whole experience was a blast! I have really loved my time on the 12 day Vietnam intro tour - it was the perfect way to explore the beautiful country of Vietnam. Everything was organised perfectly and I loved the range of activities offered. A highlight for me was the overnight stay at the Mekong Delta. Lauren our group leader was amazing and made my trip a super fun, safe and enjoyable experience! Lauren was so helpful with recommendations on what to do in each place and she was always ready to answer my many questions I had and help in any way she could. I would highly recommend :)

My friend and I joined the Vietnam Intro 12 day tour in November. We have had the best experience, everything was organised seamlessly, and our guide (Charlie) was amazing! He was always energetic and helpful- no matter how silly a question we asked. We couldnt have wished for a better tour guide or experience, the group were so friendly and it felt like a proper family. Charlie ensured that we always ran on time to the schedule, and had enough time at each of our stops. He is a great photographer and has been an amazing friend throughout. Couldnt recommend Charlie enough- hes simply the best! The highlight of the trip was definitely Ninh Binh Homestay, and exploring Ha Long Bay

Im currently near the end of my trip to Vietnam and it has been absolutely amazing! In 12 days we would have seen so many different places and done so many activities, some would be difficult to find or arrange on our own. This is all possible thanks to our amazing guide Yoni, who is very knowledgeable, always positive and has such an amazing energy!!

I have just finished the 12 day north to south Vietnam trip with tour leader Adam. It was an incredible experience and I really appreciated the extra things Adam organised for example a local language exchange. I felt like I was really immersed with the locals. Iv just completed the 12 day Vietnam intro tour. I can honestly say Vietnam exceeded my expectations and our group leader Adam was amazing. Casey AKA Adam was the best tour guide! He enthusiastically brought the group together and made us all feel comfortable. He was organised, knowledgeable, had some killer dance moves and some questionable gymnastics routines. Andrew was shadowing Casey on the Vietnam tour- his calm and approachable nature meant it felt like we had the perfect combination! It was the most fun, jam packed trip, with loads of support from Casey and Andrew (who was shadowing the trip) and I really never felt lost. The group was amazing. The sights and places you see are incredible and is a trip to remember. Intro is an amazing company with such amazing staff and I will definitely be booking another one - might already have a deposit down!! Casey worked tirelessly to ensure we were all sorted and comfortable at every stage and really did go above and beyond. And the nights out with him and his dancing were a bonus!

Just did the Vietnam intro 12 day tour. I loved seeing the different parts of vietnam, highlights would be cycling in ninh binh, the lantern boat ride in Hoi Ann and kayaking in ha long bay. Our group leader was Lauren ryan who made sure everything ran smoothly and knew loads about Vietnam and have plenty of recommendations for food and chill time. She is really easy going and made sure everyone had a laugh- highly recommend!

The Intro 12 day Vietnam tour is definitely an incredible experience and a must do if youre visiting the country. You get to see so much and do great activities each day with zero stress. It is a really good balance as a tour of activities and getting to enjoy the country. Lauren Ryan was a great group leader throughout the trip. She was swapped in last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and yet you would never have known. We never had to worry about doing anything as Lauren had it all covered and always kept us in the loop ahead of time about what/where was happening next. She kept everything very chilled and enjoyable throughout the 12 days. She was approachable with any questions and always made sure we were okay and enjoying ourselves which of course we did. Im personally really glad I chose to do this tour and that Lauren was our leader for the group.

Ive just finished the Vietnam 12 day trip and it was amazing!! Such a good mix of different parts of the country, with both fun relaxing and partying, and seeing such beautiful culture and experiencing things I would have never found on my own!! My leader (Kai) was amazing!! He always went above and beyond in making sure we all felt cared for and felt like we were able to voice our needs and have them met!! I couldnt have asked for a kinder, considerate and fun loving leader!! The tour on its own was so good, but he is what made it stand out and an outstanding experience! I would 100% recommended intro to every person who is considering travelling but are unsure about how to do it properly!!

12 day Vietnam trip was Insane!! I Absolutely loved it! Had such a great time. Had a good insight into the Vietnam culture ; the places we visited were just beautiful. Was a very relaxing ; exciting trip at the same time ; with the travelling/ getting from A to B being very smooth. Kai henkel was our group leader, he was very friendly, always happy to be around ; very informative, if you ever had a question hed be able to answer it with ease. Always kept us up to date with the plan of the day ; what was happening ect. He also had great knowledge of the places we went too ; also gave loads of good recommendations on what to do with our free time which was very helpful. Was literally like having your mate on the trip with you. He also went the extra mile by joining in with things we did in our free time which was really nice. Lauren was a fantastic leader and always went of her own way to make sure the group were having fun, her knowledge of Vietnam and the tour itself was faultless, and energy levels toward the group and the tour were very high every day and she deserves commending for her efforts! Would definitely recommend this Intro tour and other tours to solo travellers as its a brilliant way to meet new people whilst exploring amazing countries without the stress of organising the trip!

Everyday was filled with the best activities from kayaking and swimming to lantern making and cooking classes. Never a dull moment on this tour ! Meaning you truly got to experience the Vietnamese culture.

Such a great experience done four with Intro (Thailand, Bali, Vietnam and Cambodia) and I have booked the Philippines as well. Ive just finished the 12 day Vietnam tour with Sam Smith. I have been on a few intro trips, as well as running a few myself. But I can fully say that Sam is the best group leader Ive come across! The Vietnam tour is amazing, and is definitely now one of my favourite countries. Ive made some fab friendships with people too! Its been an amazing trip overall, I have nothing bad to say about any of it. Ive got to experience some amazing things on this tour, and have seen the most beautiful of places. Sam was fantastic with every single person on this tour. Hes been a great support system, been super helpful, and has had me and a lot of the guys on this tour in stitches probably every day. He is an asset to intro. ¸

I have been on Intro trips to Thailand, Japan, Bali and Sri Lanka - all have been absolutely incredible. The leaders have been knowledgable, super fun and are an asset to the company. The accomodation is stunning (I did experience trips, apart from Japan but the accomodation was still amazing!), you get lots included and see a lot in a short space of time. I have recommended the company to countless friends who have also used intro and loved it as much as I have! I cant wait to go on another tour with them.

Had the absolute BEST time in Vietnam, truly a five star experience! This was my first time solo travelling and I was naturally a bit apprehensive having no idea what to expect. But from the moment that we met at the airport, Brad was the most friendly, fun, easy going character and I was instantly put at ease and knew I was going to be in for a great trip! Brad was the literal best tour guide we could have possibly asked for! He is a great laugh, easy to get along with and made great friendships with EVERYBODY on the trip. He really set the tone for the entire trip, creating a great atmosphere for us all to get along. Our tour group are still great friends and see each other to this day, and I think thats in no small part due to the atmosphere Brad created on the tour. Very thankful! The tour itself is incredibly well organised. Every day is packed with exciting activities and unique experiences and as everything is sorted for you, it takes ALL the stress and hassle out of travelling. This meant the group were at ease for the entire trip, and we could just relax and have fun! You also get to see a hell of a lot within the 12 days! Highlights for me include the Ninh Binh bike ride and the Ha Long Bay private island stay. Amazing experiences! I will be putting my deposit down for my next trip with Intro Travel very soon and I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH to anybody, who is currently thinking about it, to do the same!
