I just finished the 12 intro to Thailand with best group leader ever Ellie. I dont have any complaints about the trip. From the second I got out of the taxi in Bangkok, Ellie was there waiting for me. She went above and beyond more than I could have imagined though out the whole trip. She took any stress you may have experienced on a trip and left us to only have the time of our lifes. I had the trip of a life time all thanks to Ellie. Your the best Ellie ¸

My first time travelling and what an experience it was, I knew it was going to be fun but I never knew I would have such an insane experience like I did. My group leader Dan H made it the most enjoyable and memorable time of my life, non stop laughter and smiles from the moment I arrived and I couldn’t have possibly wished for a better group leader. So many pinch me moments during this trip and I am just so thankful that I got the experience this, especially with the people I got to experience it with♥️. (Thai Intro 12 days)

I recently completed the 12 day Thai Intro trip and I can honestly say I had the most amazing time ever. Ellie Shea was our group leader and she was outstanding, a real credit to the company. Her knowledge on the history of the different places we visited was impeccable and her warm friendly nature made everyone feel at ease on the trip from the moment we arrived. I was unwell on one of the days on the trip and Ellie went above and beyond in making sure I was feeling better, checking in on me every few hours and ensuring I had eaten, I was very grateful for this level of care. Overall the planning and organisation of the trip was fantastic and I enjoyed each and every one of the places we stayed in. The group we had was so lovely, we got on really well but I truly believe the main reason for that was Ellie welcoming approach to everyone, she really was the glue holding us all together like a little family. I would highly recommend booking an Intro Travel group tour, this was my first and most certainly won;t be my last. I had the best time on the Thailand 12 day intro led by the amazing Maisie! I was put at ease straight away on arrival and nerves very quickly turned into excitement once Id met the group. Activities were very varied from temple visits to snorkelling and monkey spotting! Very great value for money too, I budgeted £350 and still have £100 left over and thats with buying souvenirs and snacks etc. Maisie was so friendly- life and soul of the party! On day one she said that peer pressure wasnt the vibe, which set a really nice tone for the group and we all did what we wanted as and when. Maisie was extremely helpful especially with onward travel and recommendations. Im just about to do the 12 day Bali intro with intro travel and Im so glad I am! Best money Ive ever spent³

Loved Intro Travel! We went for our honeymoon and did an Into Tour to Thailand with Ellie as our tour guide. She went over and above to make our experience wonderful! As a couple she ensured we had our own cabin and we were able to get our own space when needed but still enjoy the beautiful destinations that the tour took us to. We usually travelled in the morning or afternoon then had the other half day free. It was an awesome honeymoon and we met so many gorgeous travellers of which some will be friends for life. We even managed to get our Padi/Scuba diving license in the last few days as part of our tour! Thank you Ellie and Intro Travel for the experience of a lifetime! Recently completed the Thailand Intro Tour with Ellie as our tour guide and I couldn;t recommend this tour enough! Ellie was so welcoming and helpful from before we even landed though to the very end. With endless energy and enthusiasm, Ellie ensured we got the most out of our tour, and some! The accommodation and staff was super friendly and we never visited a bar or restaurant where we felt unsafe or uncomfortable. This was my first group tour and I cannot wait to go on many more!

I did the 12 day Thai Intro with Michelle and Nana. They were exceptional and made the trip one I will remember for the rest of my life. I had the best time, the group was so nice and the places you go along the way are absolutely stunning, everyone should do something like this! Just returned from the 12-day Thailand trip, and it was an incredibly beautiful and insightful experience. The journey included delicious food, fun activities, and also some free time to explore on our own. We visited so many amazing locations”from temples and a boat tour in Bangkok to stunning islands like Koh Phangan and Phi Phi, and even a secluded stay on the water in the breathtaking Khao Sok National Park. Everything was well-organized, and there wasnt a single moment where anything felt out of place or unplanned. Our guide, Molly, was really lovely and simply top-notch! She was very professional but also joined us for nights out and was always up for a chat. Im extremely grateful for this experience”props to the team!

I did the Thai intro 12 days. I have to this was the greatest experience of my entire life. We all came as strangers and left as our own little family. Everywhere from Bangkok to Phi Phi was just incredible. All the activities were so well done and Molly was the greatest tour leader anyone couldve asked for a few of us have already booked into another trip because this travel company gets its 100% right! I never want to leave this paradise and I am forever inspired and changed from this experience. Please if youre considering this tour or just this company. JUST DO IT!!! You will not regret it!!

I just finished the 12 day intro tour in Thailand and it was so amazing! The intro team have thought of every single tiny detail to make sure the trip was smooth and enjoyable for us all. The trip was packed with such fun activities, great food and great fun. We all made such good friends for life. Dan Harris was our tour leader and he was so amazing, he made the trip what it was and without him I dont know if it would be as great. I cant wait to go on my next one!!!

I just finished my 12 day trip in Thailand and it was an experience of a lifetime! The trip was very well organised ensuring everything went smoothly! Our tour guides Michelle and Nana were absolutely amazing! Michelle in particular stood out with her leadership and genuine care for everyone in the group. She was very observant of everyone making sure we were all okay at all times, while also offering advice and sharing laughter along the way. It was like have a best friend and tour guide all in one! We couldnt have asked for better tour guides. Overall it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to travel as it allows you to see so many places and experience new cultures!

I have just finished the 12 day Thai Intro tour. It was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our tour guides were amazing and made us feel really welcome and safe the whole trip. Joining the group tour helped me make friends and happy memories for life! I really recommend going on the tour as the locations we went to were stunning. We saw more of Thailand than we normally would, as our guides helped us with transfers and knew the best places to go within a shorter space of time. I miss my whole group already, but its helped me gain confidence travelling again! Thank you Thai intro team!

From start to finish, the 12 day Thailand Intro tour has been a completely magical experience. Our group was amazing, the food and sights were spectacular, and the itinerary was fun, rewarding and challenging. My personal trip highlights were staying on the floating bungalows (and seeing a wild elephant!) at Khao Sok National Park, relaxing island life and a Muy Thai class at Koh Phangan, and snorkelling among the beautiful marine life down at Phi Phi. Above all though, our group leaders Dan H, Michelle and Ake have been absolutely fantastic. With heaps of knowledge about the area, they answered all our questions with the kind of depth, detail and insight that you could only get on a trip like this. They managed the group expertly, making sure we were all having a good time, looking after us with genuine care, and inspiring us with their passion for travelling and local culture. A special shout-out needs to go to Dan, as he lead the entirety of our trip - hes been endlessly fun and energising to be around, and the whole group has been ecstatic to be led around Thailand by him. We couldnt have asked for a more charismatic, charming, funny guy to have leading our trip! The Thai Intro 12 day has been worth every Penny and Id do another Intro tour in a heartbeat! I just finished my 12 day Thai intro tour and had the best time ever. I was lucky enough to have Dan Harris as my group leader who went above and beyond. All the activities were amazing, I didnt want the trip to end, I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to travel Thailand.

I just finished the 12 days tour in Thailand. It was an amazing experience with lovely people! Our group leader Zoe took such good care of us and helped us organize everything. It was a really nice balance between fun activities, nature, nights out and just chilling. All the places we have been to during our trip were magical. I personally enjoyed it a lot traveling with a big group of around 20 people. Would definitely recommend a trip with intro!

Just finished the Thailand 12 day Intro and absolutely loved it. Felt really immersive and like you really saw South Thailand. The activities were so fun especially the cooking class and Muay Thai but there was also a good amount of free time so that you could explore yourself or relax for a bit. My group leader was Eilish who was the best. Not only did we feel completely safe at all times and able to ask her for any advice but she’s so funny and truly an amazing person. Especially as a naturally quieter person I always felt included and she made sure we all had a great time. Amazing tour!!

Just finished the 12-day intro to Thailand to tour and had the most amazing time I could ask for. I’d highly recommend it as a great way of seeing so much over a 12 day period and a brilliant option for solo travellers. I really enjoyed the group dynamic the tour provided. This was not only through the fellow guests on my tour but also my group leader Eilish Spence as she could provide good local knowledge and could resolve any issues or queries and assist with onward travel while also being another friend in the group and allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable group environment. My personal highlight was a day in Koh Pha-ngan travelling around by Jeep visiting beaches, a snorkel spot, a lunch spot and finally a spectacular viewpoint bar for sunset! These places would be quite hard to find and/or get around without the tour, so it was great to remove all this stress, time and hassle. I would 100% recommend Intro to a friend and use them again for a future holiday.

I did the Thai Intro Thailand 12 day trip with Eilish. She geniunely made the trip what it was. You could depend on her for anything, she was extremely caring, funny and great fun too. At the start of the trip I rolled my eyes when they said our Leader would be like a really organised friend, but honestly thats what it was like. The trip itself was amazing, I would highly highly recommend- the money you pay takes away all the stress, makes you feel safe and gives you experiences you wouldn’t otherwise have. I was slightly nervous about the people, but everyone in the group comes with a geeat attitude and you make fast friends. I’m already looking forward to another tour with Intro! Also, if you’re thinking of going on the trip, DO IT! and hope you get Eilish as your leader<33
