Ive just finished up my 13 day Thai Experience with Lucy. Wow, what a trip! If you have Lucy as your group leader youre so lucky and will have the most fun! She was so helpful, constantly giving us amazing recommendations, she just knew how to make sure everyone constantly had a smile on their face and made everyone feel comfortable. There was never a dull moment; from team building activities, games nights, car sing-alongs the list is endless. She took a group of strangers and created an intro travel family. Thank You Lucy You really did amazing! I cant recommend this trip enough, especially if youre a solo traveller. Just book the trip! You wont regret it!

Just finished the Thai intro plus 13 day tour led by Lucy & it has been the best 2 weeks of my life! The itinerary was superbly planned and ran so smoothly, every day was amazing I couldnt recommend it to anyone enough! I have just finished the Thai intro 13 day experience tour (11th Jan) and couldnt recommend it more! Ive had the best, most memorable 2 weeks and have loved every second! A huge part of this is due to our amazing group leader Lucy Bell who made the entire trip run so smoothly, with zero stress and made every day so much fun! My Thai experience tour was amazing and this was solely down to my leaders Dan Harris and Hannah Brouard. I would choose tours completely based on where they were leading in the future. They had amazing cultural knowledge and were so helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for everything!!

Myself and my partner have just completed the Thai Experience tour. This is my fourth trip with Intro and they never disappoint. I would definitely recommend using this company to travel through Thailand. There were so many hidden gems that you would not necessarily see if you were doing the trip yourself. Our guide Dan was brilliant and answered all of my annoying questions. Such an amazing experience.

I just finished the 13 day Thailand experience tour and all I can say is - what an incredible experience!! Ive never solo trip before and was super nervous to try it but I could not have had a more incredible time. Our tour was led by Dan H and not only was he super knowledgable and took care of the thousands of questions we had, made sure we got from A-B and taught us a tonne about all the destinations - he was one of the most gorgeous kind and funny people ever. I honestly felt like I was on holiday with my best mate who just so happened to be a complete expert in Thailand! We didnt have to stress about a thing with Dan around, I felt totally safe and taken care of and could fully let my hair down. We also had a local guide Yoki who taught us about the culture and history (and brought the goods when it came to mozzie bite cream!) which was such an amazing touch. The group was absolutely amazing and a real split of ages, singles v couples, backgrounds etc - I got to meet people Id never have had the chance to otherwise and will defo be coming away with lots of friends! I could not recommend an intro trip enough for this kind of adventure holiday - not only is it amazing value for money (the company gets great deals on experiences youd never get alone) but their local insight means you hit up all the best bars and restaurants and see the touristy bits without tonnes of other tourists (as they know when best to go!). Intro also packs so much more value for money than others (contiki, intrepid etc!). Ive already booked onto do another intro trip and I cannot wait!!

She was not only exceptionally helpful with everything we needed during the trip but also provided valuable advice and insights for future travels. Her attention to detail, warmth, and enthusiasm truly elevated the experience for everyone in the group. Highly recommend this trip and to ask for Molly as a guide for anyone looking for a fantastic adventure!

Ive spent the past two weeks wishing I was still in Thailand. I was on the Thai Experience trip with hands down the most amazing group leader Sophie Duncan. The itinerary was packed full of amazing activities, like the elephant sanctuary and a full day speedboat tour in Phi Phi, and included delicious meals that still have me salivating thinking about them. Sophie went above and beyond in catering to our groups needs, like helping find a good place to shop, a fun bar to stay out at, and most importantly answering all of my ridiculous questions. I would definitely travel with Intro again, under the promise that my group leader would be as wonderful as Sophie!

So went on the Thai experience, by my self and honestly couldnt recommend it enough. Danny was amazing group leader and Timmy our local guide was incredible and traveling around with new people having the activities ( kayaking at the floating bungalows ‘°) all sorted made it that much easier!

If youre ever thinking about doing an Intro trip just do it, youll have the absolute best time! Ive just finished the 13 day Thailand Experience and can genuinely say its one of the best things Ive ever done. From start to finish you dont have to think about anything but get to experience Thailands culture, islands and be introduced to its incredible people. Its also very good value for money with a jam packed itinerary I could never have organised myself! Sophie, our group leader genuinely made the trip for all of us and is a credit to Intro. She was not only our leader she also became part of the group! We honestly could not have asked for anyone better, she made each and everyone feel comfortable with a huge smile on her face everyday and a genuine care for everyone on the trip. There was never any pressure to go out every night if you didnt want to or to stay out drinking even if others were, Sophie would always walk you back to the hotel and make sure she knew you were safe. Im jealous of anyone whos yet to do an intro trip - you will have the best time and eat some of the most amazing food!

Recently come back from the Thai Experience trip with Jabs. Jabs was a top group leader, ensuring the whole trip ran smoothly and was very organised, with no stress for any of us! I had the time of my life and met some great people. Very much recommend this trip for those who want to visit Thailand as you get to see so much in 13 days.

I recently did the Thai experience & had an amazing time!Thailand is a beautiful country & the tour is a great way of seeing a lot without having to plan anything yourself!Personally I would pick a longer tour next time as it felt like a jam packed itinerary & I would like to spend more time in each place. We had Jabs as our group leader & as the trip went on he became more like a friend. Jabs is very knowledgeable about the country itself & he is a very fun, friendly person who is always there joining in with every activity. We all liked to ask jabs a lot of questions in our group but he was extremely patient & always there to help us out. I recently got back from the 13 day Thai experience with Emily. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience with Emily and Intro Travel. We had a group of 17 people, who all bonded through the trip and I’ve come back with tonnes of great memories and new friendships too. The trip was hassle free from start to finish. I had some questions about upgrading to a private room and the Helpdesk were super responsive. During the trip Emily was always available to answer questions and assist group members with anything we needed. Thailand is a beautiful country and the trip includes a good range of activities from snorkeling to Muay Thai and cooking classes. Each day had a good amount of variety and kept the group engaged. What really impressed me was Emily’s personal skills at making sure everyone in the group was having a good time and felt included in the group throughout the trip. She was such an infectious personality but also super on top of all the details, she’s a real credit to the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another trip with Intro! Sam

I’ve just completed the 13 day Thai experience tour. I can’t put into words how amazing it was, I’ve made memories I’ll cherish for a lifetime. Our group leader Dan Woodward was just outstanding I couldn’t of asked for anyone better. He made sure we was having the time of our life going out of his way 247 to make sure we was having a blast! He made our trip stress free and for sure pushed me out my comfort zone and helped me do things I would of never have done. The itinerary was perfect we done everything we wanted to do in a short amount of time but it didn’t feel to much! The travelling between places was as smooth as it could of been and I loved Travel days! I’ve met some amazing people that became like family and this trip will always hold a special place in my heart and I’ll definitely be doing more trips with intro.

Just finished the 13 day Intro Thai Experience tour and had the best time ever! It was the first time me and my friends were travelling south east Asia and the tour gave us the best experience, whilst taking away the stress of organising ourselves. Our tour guide was Liam and he was amazing. He was so much fun right from the beginning to the end, and we always felt safe and well looked after.

My partner and I have just finished the Thai Experience 13 day tour. We have had the best time from start to finish. Our group leader, Ida was absolutely flawless throughout the entire trip. If there was ever ANYTHING she was so happy to help and made the trip one to remember booking anything we needed including extra excursions and providing us with updates throughout. Just finished the 13 day Thailand Intro Experience. Had an incredible time exploring all different parts of the country: Bangkok, overnight train, 2 jungle locations, then different tropical beaches. It was awesome having the airport pickup, all the travel and activities planned for you, with lots of amazing food included too, plus some of your own free time. Our Aussie tour guide Liam was a top lad too, felt just like one of the mates in the group, was fun, helpful but also organised when needed.

I just did the Thai Experience tour and 100% recommend for anyone thinking about it. A great insight into Thailand, so well organised and the perfect balance of activities/sight seeing and relax time. A great way to travel if you;re nervous about doing it solo. Shoutout to our group leader Liam also who made the whole thing that much better.

I did the Thailand Experience Tour with Dan W and Valentina and I could not have asked for better group leaders. Dan was meticulous in his organisation and made everyone feel welcome and close with his relentless up beat energy, as well as always being available for individual needs throughout the tour. Val was equally amazing and adaptable and never hesitated to make adjustments to activities based on how some of the group were feeling. Overall the care that they both took in the planning and execution of this trip as well as just being wonderful, fun people has really made the experience 11/10, surpassing all my expectations!

Just finished the 13 day Thailand experience trip. Unreal!! So many included meals and activities. The trip has the right balance of free time and planned activities. Molly, our leader, was so fantastic!! Couldnt have asked for anyone better. Always willing to help and so knowledgeable! The accommodation was stunning and the whole trip was so well organised and stress free.

Intro travel, and the leaders of our group (Julia and Faye) were excellent at the logistics. All the connections and reservations (trains, vans, boat trips) were on-point. They were also excellent at including everyone and making sure everyone was safe. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that I thought the description of the sites were slightly over-blown. For example, we were to swim and perhaps float in a turquoise stream/river one-day, and that was not the case during our trip. Flows in the creek were low. The snorkeling at Phi Phi was sub-par as we had a small roped-off area to enjoy (to keep us from getting run-over by boats). In general, the trip was better for the people who enjoy city living and lots of tourists. This might be more of a knock on Thailand, and its popularity, rather than an issue with the trip and how the trip is planned.

I have recently finished the 13 day Thai Experience with Intro and what a wonderful and unforgettable 13 days it has been! I had the good fortune to be put on a tour with Charlie as Group Leader, and Val, who was training. I cannot stress enough how fantastic Charlie was as a Group Leader. The support from Charlie started way before the start of the tour with an email introducing himself and then further contact immediately before the tour start date. This is in stark contrast to other tour companies I have travelled with that make no effort to contact whatsoever. This communication from Charlie made me feel at ease and confident in my decision to travel with this incredible company. Charlie was very knowledgeable about Thailand and would provide us with detailed information about the local area, culture, customs and food. He and Val demonstrated a clear passion for this beautiful country and how to preserve it through making sustainable choices. Charlie would also provide helpful recommendations for amenities and services, such as laundry and hotel gyms, and would always point me in the direction of where I could get the best oat milk latte! Charlie made fantastic suggestions for the best places to grab some delicious food, which never let me down. Charlie’s fun, funny and endlessly kind personality made the tour so special. He was understanding of what I wanted to get from the trip. I felt no pressure from him whatsoever to do anything and appreciated that he was flexible and unwaveringly patient. Thank you Charlie and Val, you made Thailand a trip of a lifetime for me.

I have just got back from the 13 day thai experience tour with Charlie Ganhsam and Val. Charlie was so fun to be around, he made a real effort with everyone one of us and makes us all feel included and cared for. Not only was he highly organised, he always prioritised safety to and I felt so safe on his tour which was really important to me. Val was also on our tour and her passion and smiley personality shone through. I loved her vibe and the great chats we shared If anyone is hesitating to book the tour, especially if they are solo travelling, I would just book it. Intro makes you feel comfortable and are always there if you have any questions. I loved my experience so book it and don’t look back!

Whoever gets the opportunity to be in a group with Charlie or Val should consider themselves very fortunate! I had my first solo trip to Thailand and was a bit nervous. But having Charlie and Val as group leaders allowed me to enjoy my stay and have the trip of a lifetime. First, I want to commend them on how extremely helpful they are. If I had any questions, concerns, or just wanted to chat they were always there for me. They gave great recommendations and were always on top of things. Next, I want to recognize how personable they both are which really made the experience worthwhile. And on top of that, they have pretty good dance moves! Charlie needs a bit more practice but that I appreciate his efforts 😆 Finally, the main thing I want to take note of is their love and care for Thailand. I got the gist that they really love and respect the culture. They utilized the language, the local people love them, and they respect their customs. When going to a different country, it is important to also immerse yourself in the culture and follow the local people’s customs to truly have an authentic Thai experience. I consider Charlie and Val to be absolutely phenomenal group leaders. I wish them all the best and for those who are thinking of going to Thailand, keep an eye out for these two. They’re sure to make sure you have an amazing trip!

Just finished the Thai Experience Tour with Charlie and had the best two weeks! The tour itinerary and activities were great, but what really made the trip was Charlie as a group leader. His enthusiasm and passion for Thailand and making sure the whole group was having fun made the two weeks. He was beyond helpful with giving recommendations, always checking in, and making sure that I was having the best time which made the experience what it was. Charlie and Val evidently work so hard to make the trip a success and anyone who gets them as their group leader are very lucky!

I have just finished the 13 day Thai experience trip and I could not recommend it highly enough. This was my first solo trip which I was quite nervous for but I couldnt have enjoyed it more. Our tour leader, Sophie, was so reassuring and made the trip even better with her fun and life loving attitude. She helped create a wonderful atmosphere which made it so easy for the group to bond and she always went above and beyond. All of the traveling between destinations was seamless and the trip was a good balance between activities and chilled time. I will definitely be doing another Intro trip again in the future.

As a first time solo traveller, the Thai Experience lead by Sophie Duncan has set the bar extremely high. She was accessible to us 24/7 and not only made difficult travel arrangements seem easy, but also offered suggestions and insight into options for free time and other travel. The trip was the perfect amount of culture, nature, ; fun and left us with great friendships. This was my first group travel trip and I could not recommend intro travel more. I would love to do another trip - especially with Sophie!

Just finished the Thai experience trip which exceded my expectations! I cannot imagine having planned out all the transportation in Thailand alone! This was really a good bang for the buck. We fit so much in, but there was also a reasonable amount of down time as well. The one thing I was not prepared for was the lizards, although destinations like the floating bungalows were worth sleeping with them! However, our leader Sophie really went above and beyond, especially to chase lizards out of my room. This was not an expectation I had for a leader! She went above and beyond in many areas. Sophie made keeping things organized and leading us around seem so effortless! She was constantly making sure we were having the best time possible and making herself available for questions or suggestions. She had a great spirit; the trip would not have been the same without her!!

Just got back from the Thai Experience tour with Intro. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this tour! The leader (shout out to Adam Case) and Kyle and Danny, who were with us the first few days were amazing! Warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. We just arrived home from the 13 day Thai experience starting Jan 5 2024. My husband and I are 34 and have never travelled like this before (normally do nice resorts and cruising). If you are contemplating this trip, or any trip with Intro -I cannot overstate how excellent our experience was.You get to see the best bits of a country with a group of amazing people from all over the world. We have come home with new lifelong friends. The trip itself is planned to perfection from taxi, hotels, ferries and meal. Intro really does handle everything so you can truly just enjoy. I am very type A and I would never have been able to plan the amount of activities and moving around that we did in this trip. Each day is quite busy so if you are looking for an active type holiday- this is for you. Truly one of the best parts of this trip is the group leader. We had the amazing Julia M and I dont even know where to begin with her. Day 1 she met us with hugs, a hotel check in and a recommendation of Massaman curry (my new fave). Throughout the trip she truly made us feel safe and free to just enjoy. She showed us the best restaurants, bars, where to do laundry and shared her cultural knowledge but honestly the best part was her energy. She was like having your positive best friend showing you around Thailand. We cant thank her enough <3 Book the trip. You wont regret it.

Not long been back from Thai Experience led by the amazing Charlie. The tour completely blew my expectations out of the water and Charlie was the icing on the cake by being super helpful, knowledgeable, organised, and full of energy. Nobody better for the job. Just finished our 13-day Thai Experience trip - it was great! An excellent journey filled with so many fun and action-packed activities. I dont personally think I would have been able to do half of activities covered by this tour on my own as theyd require so much planning and would cost a lot more $, so certainly worth the investment. As for our Group Leader Nat, she was kind, caring, patience, flexible, organized and very professional. Very happy to have her as our guide! :)

I did the 13 day Thai experience in September and it was honestly the best experience of my life. Our leader Bella was the best, so knowledgeable of the areas and culture but also so so fun! Our group was a group of 10 mixed English and Spanish speaking and Bella made sure everyone was included. The hotels and accommodations were all amazing, so clean and good quality. We did all the top tourist activities and more! Absolutely everything was taken care of by Bella we didnt have to worry about a thing, we just turned up and had fun! The food was incredible everywhere we went. There wasnt a single issue or problem the whole trip, everything ran so smoothly. I have already recommended this trip, and intro travel in general to family and friends.

Just got home from the 13 day Thai experience group tour. Tamara was our group leader and she was exceptional! She ensured we did not have a care in the world for 13 days and did not have to think or worry about a thing. Tamara was excited about the tour and the activities which really helped to get us all excited too and I loved that she got involved and ultimately became a friend over the two weeks. The tour was so well organised and we were never waiting long for transport or activities and everything went (mostly) according to plan, and if not, there was a back up plan in place. I would definitely consider another intro tour in the future and if I get Tam as a group leader again, I am winning!

My Thailand experience was hands down a 12/10. Im biased, but if you can have Julia as your tour leader, youd be the luckiest!!! She is the cutest thing ever, but more importantly shes chill, educated on the ins and outs of Thailand and has the cutest connections with the locals. All travel and hotel/sleeping accommodations are taken care of for you, so all youre really doing is showing up to have a good time. Were just at the end of our 13 day intro experience trip. On this trip me and my girlfriend Holly have gotten engaged, seen some of the most beautiful sights that Thailand has to see and met some brilliant people along the way. I would recommend Intro Travel all the way. Our group leader Nat has been absolutely brilliant. Always smiling, always making it feel like she wants to be there and always making you feel welcome. She helped out with arranging the engagement. Picked a good spot for the proposal and helped arrange the whole thing behind Hollys back. I also noted how when our group were relaxing late into the night playing games at the bar before bed, that Nat was with the group, playing games even when she had no obligation to be. She really has been fantastic. Helpful, fun when she needed to be, serious and helpful when she needed to be and she has made the whole trip simple and stress free for us. She also just felt like a friend the whole time, just another member of the group that guides you in the right direction when needed. I cant thank Intro and especially Nat enough for making this an unforgettable trip and we feel lucky to have been a part of it. Also worth mentioning that Nats English skills are exceptional and Im amazed at how she can speak to me in pretty complex English despite it not being her first language. Thank you!

Bela is a fantastic guide and an amazing person who truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible and she absolutely delivered! Hi everyone! I recently completed the 13 day Thai experience with Tamara Knell! The tour itself was incredible! We did so many amazing experiences that I will remember for a lifetime or two. From going to an elephant sanctuary to island hopping on the phi phi islands I couldnt tell you which was my favourite part. What I can say though is that the experience wouldnt have been the same without Tam. She organised and ran the trip so so well, at no point did I feel like I was confused or unsure about where I would be going even though I was in a new country and in a culture I had never before experienced. She created such a safe environment!! Where we could go to her in any medical emergency or just as someone to talk to (and as someone with a chronic illness, who has not travelled like this before, this was such a big fear of mine before leaving). The friendships and bonds that I made on this tour would not have been the same without her being there and her getting us all involved right from the start. I absolutely could not recommend this trip and my leader enough to anyone and will never be able to thank her enough for the memories made and friendships formed ¸

An absolutely incredible experience!! I have just finished the 13 Day Thailand Experience and I cannot recommend this enough. Im quite a nervous traveller and was very nervous to meet new people but I could not have asked for a better group or group leader (Tam). We were immediately greeted and welcomed and I felt included on the very first night. Tam made us feel immediately safe and settled and set an amazing atmosphere from the greeting to our farewell. There are heaps of activities and social experiences with no pressure on anyone if they wish to not take part (although I would definitely encourage people to do so because they were AMAZING). Each activity was planned precisely to make sure everything ran smoothly with little to no stress for us and each experience was absolutely worth it. Im gutted that its over soon. Highlights were definitely the Island tours and snorkelling, Jungle stay and Elephant Sanctuary. But its hard to choose as there were no experiences I would say werent worth it. Every day was a new adventure and I got to experience it with the best people. Cannot wait to do another.

I have just completed Thailand Intro plus 13 day tour and my group leader was Tam! The trip was even better than I expected, with so many highlights - its difficult to select my favourite! We did so many things in just under 2 weeks and I would recommend this tour for both long term travellers and short term. Highlights for me in particular were; Floating bungalows in Koh Sok (were you could really relax here and bond with the group) Monkey tree house (I love the rainforest and the tubing was brilliant) Elephant sanctuary was one of the best things I have ever done! I learned so much about them. I love how intro include this truly ethical experience As well as all these brilliant things.... Tam (our leader) made me feel so welcome and valued from the beginning! She always went out of her way to check on all of us and she really reassured me with my food allergies in the restaurants and markets. She always gave us recommendations and the trip ran really smoothly with no delays or inconvenience. I can really tell that her passion is to ensure her group have the best time and I was so lucky to have my first experience of Asia with her ’— ­‰

Our Intro Thai experience was phenomenal and quite simply a trip of a lifetime, our group leaders Pol Porta and Izabela Morgado were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything which made the whole trip an absolute joy for the entire group. The activities were so well planned as we fit so much into our fortnight trip, yet had a lot of alone time to go off and do our own thing. We came as a couple but there were many solo travellers and the whole group quickly bonded and we can firmly say that weve made friends for life within the group. Wow. where to start! I had the best two weeks on the Thai Experience trip with group leader Jess! The whole experience was amazing, each day packed with activities but also time to relax too. I arrived a couple of days early for the trip and Jess made sure that I was settled in ok and even took me for dinner on my birthday so I wasnt alone, which was really sweet of her!! On the trip we visited some wonderful places (loved Khao Soks floating bungalows!) and you get to do everything whilst being totally relaxed. From start to finish, the trip was absolutely amazing! Again, it wouldnt have been without Jess! She was full of knowledge, made us all laugh and her kindness and positive energy was felt across the entire group. Ive honestly had the trip of my dreams so thank you Jess for being such a great guide and like a friend more than anything. Just finished the 13 day Thai intro what an amazing experience it was! Ate some incredible food and found one of the best burger of my life at the tree house. Also saw some beautiful beaches and amazing temples, our tour guide pol was so helpful before, during and after the whole experience he definitely became a friend. A Thailand experience is exactly what my tour leader, Lauren, gave me and I can confidently say the rest of my group would agree too. The fact we all shed a few tears and queued up to hug Lauren on our last day proves how much we adored her and appreciated everything she done for us - would always go above and beyond.
