So exciting seeing so many sites ! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable & professional. He knew the best spots to stop, got us to places on time( Old Faithful erupted just as he predicted) , I can’t say enough about him !
Great
The tour covered many national parks, everything ran smoothly.
Fantastic itinerary visiting some wonderful places
You,ve got to see and experience
Its good itinerary but quite busy.
With a name like Costsaver, we knew we were not going to be staying at the Ritz Carlton. After all, we were there to see the National Parks not the hotels. Accommodations were clean and friendly with most stays including breakfast in the morning. The itinerary was exactly what we were looking for. We got to see so many National Parks and so many animals! It was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken.
Brilliant. So many wonderful national parks, each feeling different from the one before. We couldn't go to Battle of Little Bighorn so instead went to Devil's Tower, which was arguably even better. See more at welshmattsmith.blogspot.com
Some of the hotel was terrible.
We felt majority of hotels were excellent with the tru hotel being okay. As stated in review having option of king room over tow queens would be nice to have. Some excursions were worth the expense and one or two were excessive in our opinion. There were some stops that needed more time and a few that should be shortened. Overall the trip was amazing and sights were fantastic.
I thought our coach was comfortable. I liked the coat hanger on each seat and the Wifi worked throughout the trip. Thanks for offering a trash can at the back of the bus. I liked the Tru by Hilton at Midvale Utah the most. There was a supermarket nearby and a lot of dining options around. I hope you can find other accommodations like this in other areas. I did not like the hotels where the hallway was in the open air, like the Brandin Iron Inn, because it did not feel safe. I also prefer hotels with an elevator. On our trip to the Grand Canyon, I would like a little more time at Mather Point. As an alternative, we can spend all our time at Mather Point or at Grand Canyon Village (El Tovar Lodge). decided to take us to a grocery store so we can have a picnic lunch at Grand Canyon. I know it's up to the travel director, but it might be better if we stopped somewhere with multiple options outside the park. provided this option while traveling to Monument Valley. The South Rim flight and Badlands National Park were excellent optional excursions. Please continue to offer them.
Lots of amazing scenery, even when just driving from place to place. Some time frames for stops were pretty tight by the time you had gone to the loo and grabbed some food you were often very limited in what you could do in terms of short walks etc. The bus was great, as comfy as a bus can be, although the reflective citing on the windows did not help with motion sickness at all. Most of the hotels/accommodation were great, but if you are expecting people to port their own bags you really need to only have accommodation with elevators. The Buffalo Bill's Bungalows were not pleasant, no natural light at all as couldn't even open the curtain on the tiny window and had to drag suitcase across pebble areas.
The itinerary is good . The coach is good and the driver clean the window all the time. So we can see the view clearly. His driving technique is good. Most of the hotels were good except one.
Itinerary too rushed.
It is not for the faint of heart. You will get on and off the bus at least 4 times a day. There is some walking involved at most stops and there are steps on the bus. In addition, you will have to transport your luggage to and from your room each night and morning. There are also optional hikes that can be taken as your fitness allows. For example, there is a 1.6 mile trail around the base of Devil’s Tower. This has some ups and downs, so some stamina is needed to complete this optional walk, though you can see the tower without walking the trail.
You can check it all off your bucket list!
I would have loved to spend more time in each town. Then I wouldnt have gotten to see as much as I did.
