day 1 - Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya
Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve (L/D)
Depart Nairobi by road, via the Great Rift Valley, up to the Masai Mara in time for lunch. Along the way, you will get views of Mt. Longonot and Mt. Margaret in the distance, and see pyrethrum plantations. After lunch, a sensational game drive is planned. The Masai Mara Game Reserve offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, and many kinds of antelopes and elephants. It is in The Mara that one of the most spectacular events of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra, that travel from the Serengeti (Tanzania) to the Mara in search of water and greener pastures. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna; lions, cheetah, wild dogs, jackals, hyena and vultures.

day 2 - Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya
Explore Masai Mara Game Reserve(B/L/D)
Spend a full day in the Masai Mara on morning and afternoon game drives. Keep an eye out as the trees in the distance might turn out to be a family of Giraffes. Those clumps of bushes a pride of Lions, and the rock that moves a Rhino lumbering out of your way. With diligence and some luck, you may encounter a family of Cheetahs, or a herd of Elephants crossing the path in front of you. Large animals are not the only entertainment – a family of warthogs may amuse you, running as fast as their little legs will carry them, until they forget why they are rushing and stop to regroup.

Rise up early to enjoy a delicious breakfast at your lodge/camp. Depart The Mara by road to Amboseli National Park. This Park shelters more than 420 species of birds, has an enormous Elephant population, and attracts other big game thanks to its underground springs fed from the melting snows of Mount Kilimanjaro. Have lunch in Nairobi, and enjoy a late afternoon game drive en-route to your lodge/camp.

day 4 - Amboseli National Park, Kenya
Explore Amboseli National Park(B/L/D)
In the morning get up early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over its summit, and set off for a game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Wildebeest to Giraffes and Baboons. Amboseli is also home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and so an optional visit to a Maasai village is planned after breakfast. Maasai warriors are famous and are a proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battles and whose single–handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world.Have lunch and in the afternoon rest at your lodge/camp, before going on another game drive.

day 5 - Amboseli National Park - Tsavo West National Park, Kenya

After breakfast, depart Amboseli via the Sheitani lava flow and head to Tsavo West National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp. Tsavo West National Park has elephants, crocodiles, Vervet monkeys, antelope, baboons, giraffes, hippos and lions etc. An attraction of the Park is Mzima Springs, the source of Mombasa’s water. These springs are recharged daily with hundreds of millions of liters of crystal clear water by underground streams emanating from Chyulu Hills. At Mzima Springs, all sorts of animals gather for a drink particularly in the dry season. You may also be able to view hippos and crocodiles from the underwater glass tank (at an extra cost).
