This was an excellent Safari. The Tour was as described for style and is not for the faint hearted. We observed all of the animals and birdlife you could wish for. This was a real adventure and both my Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The itinery could do with an update although in the grand scheme of things would not have made much difference.

Excellent opportunity to get a feel for Southern Africa, as well as see large numbers of animals in their natural element. Victoria Falls was worth the 50 USD entry price. This is NOT a luxury tour! It is camping and cooking meals by the side of the road.

Thanks to the tour operator flexibility, we actually did a 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania and it was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations.

First of all, hats off to our guides, Albert (first 3 days) and Benjamin (last 3 days). They were both EXCELLENT drivers and very good at spotting the animals. We were able to see all of the big five, and the places we stayed were nice. You can't beat this tour for the price.

It was a splendid introductory trip. The guides in each city were very good; the the cities themselves were fascinating. We chose our own restaurants which was easy. The museums were quite spectacular, and if you like art Botelo is a master of painting and sculpture. I must say I was confused about the preparatory organization, since it all seemed to be done on-line; and did not come together in a package for us until a few days before we arrived, but in the end the logistics were excellent. The cars and guides arrived on time at every stop, and the hotels were very good. So all in all, well done.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our tour guide. Artur, was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of Albania. He was always checking on us to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the tour truly special. Our driver. Diu, was equally excellent: professional, polite, and very attentive throughout the trip. He drove safely, took great photos for us. His knowledge of the roads and local area was impressive. The Mercedes-Benz van was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition.
