Fascinating tour taking in history from the Middle Ages through to more recent times. Blue Roads have chosen the accommodation well and the included meals were excellent, with none of the “made for a price” meals typical of many other tours. We felt that we were on an upscale adventure with lots of very personal service and attention. The tour guide and driver were professional, friendly and knowledgeable; they formed personal bonds with all members of the group. Overall excellent value.
