Excellent trip
It was an excellent trip. We managed to see all the must-see sights and much more of Japan.
Exceeded our expectations
The travel itinerary exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful and informative snapshot of Japan life, history, culture and beauty. Day one was very wet and windy and the move to the national museum was a master stroke. I believe the National Museum should be added to the schedule and a couple of hours allocated for this tour. The exposure to a range of Japanese food at the lunches will be long remembered. It was unfortunate that both out tour leader and tour guide were subjected to some unjustified criticism by members of the party, who had either not read the tour program and its inclusions or had forgotten what they had read. Both leaders handled the situations in a calm professional manner and are to be commended.
The tour that tops all
Have been on many guided tours in the world. This tour tops them all. A couple from Canada made our group feel uncomfortable by being demanding and rude sometimes. Min did a great PR job. Sculpture Park was amazing, especially the Picasso Museum. Seeing cherry blossom for the first time with Mountains of snow in background was a plus. Trying and tasting the local food was a gastronomical experience. With a small group I and the others received personalized attention. I have a problem with heights and stairs. I was lucky to have Min's arm to guide me so I did not feel apprehensive or falter. Where would you like to visit next?: Not sure, but I don't like cruising. Only land travel. Congrats to your travel firm for such a wonderful experience to Japan. Special thanks to Min.
Excellent service
The communication upon our arrival was excellent, and we were very happy with your service. No improvements are needed for our trip, as the overall service was excellent.
Well organised tour
Very well, everyone spoke excellent english and everything went smoothy. A very well organised tour.
