It was an excellent trip.Well , thought out and well hosted. Our director Brooke and our driver Keith went above and beyond. We did every excursion at just loved all of it.
My trip to Ireland and Scotland was wonderful. Our tour guide was amazing lots of great information and other specialty guides for the area, also terrific. We had a fun bus. Everyone enjoyed each other. Our bus. driver was also excellent.-and kind. I never was afraid while I was riding on the bus. I would recommend this trip to everyone. I already have to all my friends!!!
The tour consisted of so many well chosen activities packed into a short time. I was very impressed by with how much we were able to experience. Our tour guide was very much a guide, but also part of our group. She interacted with the group. like a friend. (The restaurants served beautiful meals, but the noise within some of the rooms made conversation impossible.)
We had a great time taking the coach all over Ireland and Scotland. Our driver, was incredible and our Travel Director, was very knowledgeable about where we were and what we were doing. They were very conscientious to make sure we were on the coach when we were supposed to be, and also made sure to make lots of stops so we were able to get out and walk around a bit. It was SO much fun!!
Trip was planned very well, each and every day. We were able to see and experience so much!
Overall, i was very pleased. But may have been just a little too intense, with limited down time to recharge. Especially the last day in Edinburgh, where we didn't get back to the hotel until 9, after a full day of sightseeing. And then having to leave the very next day.
The activities were well thought out. The time at some of the venues was a bit short. Most of the accommodations were good. The trip stayed on schedule mostly due to the tour director. Btw the tour director was wonderful and in combination with the bus driver they were almost as entertaining as the trip. It was just what my friend and I wanted in a trip.
The tour was exactly what we expected. A good mix of small villages and large cities. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful.
was an excellent tour director. She kept us moving along and we had excellent opportunities along each and every stop. Our experiences with real people as local specialists were over the top informative and deeply moving.
We enjoyed all the experience especially the Be My Guest. The speakers especially and were fantastic. Our tour director was fantastic and I would go on her tours anytime
Amazing and fast paced trip. The Bay walk and local expert in Galway along with the Viking boat trip were less than amazing. Could of done without:
It was a busy trip but very well done. The travel director. and the driver, were professional and very organized. The local specialists were very informative, especially in Derry/Londonderry. We did sign up for all the optional experiences but in hindsight the walk along the wall in Galway and the Viking boat trip to get to Sean's Pub were nothing special. Although being able to visit Sean's Pub was a great experience. I would highly recommend the trip if you are looking for a fast pace adventure though these three countries.
