The tour was a perfect amount of time to see some excellent parts of Europe. The hotels were clean and comfortable. Our guide was amazing at managing our expectations and knowledgeable in all the areas we travelled through. recommended shopping spots and places to eat, which were all fantastic. Our driver was skilled, we felt safe & comfortable with him. We quickly learnt to trust in & , and our trip was enjoyable & comfortable.
All hotels good, except for City Hotel Brunnen. This hotel should not be used by Costsver at all. Its atrocious!!! and filthy. All other experiences and sights visited awesome
This tour has a comfortable coach, and the hotels were quiet. The rooms were always a good size, and the areas seemed safe. The tour provided a great way to see the scenery.
Although generally good, the stops were very short considering ladies toilets always have ques. Does not really leave time to look at anything else on stop. Coach very cold inside
Fast paced trip with fantastic inclusions to allow you to make the most of your time in each location. Mount Pilatus is a must even for those who have an aversion to heights!
They weren't over the top fancy- but they were all clean and comfortable with wonderful breakfasts. Exactly what my team is looking for!
We saw lots of beautiful places which gives us more idea of where we want to see on our next trip. Coaches were comfortable clean and our driver Raf was great. Hotels were clean and we had plenty of places to walk around and see more scenery.
