My husband and I really enjoyed the 5 Countries Bike Trip. Hotels were well-locates and quite nice. Bike storage was hassle-free. Wayfinding (maps and GPX) were reliable.
Awesome trip, excellent accommodation, beautiful scenery on smooth bike paths along a beautiful river, and quiet back roads passing through farmlands, forests and small villages including some fascinating medieval and quaint historic villages.
Our UTracks tour was amazing. They looked after the luggage, made all the reservations, and ensured our bikes were available, fit, and were in good shape. One of the spokes on my husband’s bike broke and they replaced the bike. We barely skipped a beat. In addition, the maps both electronic and paper ensured we were never lost. We will definitely do another UTracks tour again.
This was a great trip. Highly organised, very efficient and very quick to respond to queries. The route was well-planned with a range of environments to cycle through. The hotels were clean, comfortable and friendly.
Generally, a very positive experience. Easy collection of bikes and quick response to any queries. Route was well designed with enough variety to maintain interest.
The five countries trip was fabulous. No day was too difficult on the e-bikes. We had lots of time each day to visit towns and take lots of photographs. We enjoyed several cafes along the way. The maps were very easy to follow and provided lots of detail. They hotels were all very clean and provided good places to leave the bicycles. The breakfasts at each hotel were very good. We highly recommend this tour. The e-bikes were very good and definitely comfortable. There was no water bottle holder nor was there a phone holder.
We had such An amazing time on this trip. We loved every day! We saw such beautiful countryside, incredible cities and so many historic sights. The planning was excellent. Every hotel was expecting us and they were in excellent locations so we were able to walk to more great places after our riding day was done. Every hotel had wonderful breakfasts as well. Route planning was perfect. Would definitely recommend this tour!
My wife and I had a fantastic adventure on the Five Country UTracks bike trip. We were impressed with the route as it took us through beautiful countryside and through historic cities. The route was mostly on dedicated cycling paths and when we did ride on roads, they were quiet and safe. The hotels and their locations were excellent and at each one we enjoyed excellent options for breakfast. The hotel staff was very accommodating and quickly helped us secure our bikes and get lodged. Descriptions for each day were accurate, thorough and allowed us to plan where we would stop each day to explore and eat. The only concern I had was that the tool kit consisted of tire wrenches, a patch kit and a pump. We quickly sourced a couple of tubes and a multi-tool that came in handy. We are busy trying to figure out which UTracks bike tour to select for next summer!
A challenging but beautiful cycling experience. The trip was well coordinated and we did not experience any issues with accommodation or movement of luggage. The ebikes had a couple of issues which we managed to sort ourselves. The road bike did not meet other rider’s expectation as it was “city” bike that was not suitable for this type of ride.
The scenery, the design of the trip, the accommodation, the quiet back roads and bike tracks were all fabulous.
