Walk at your own pace through centuries of history in the heart of Bath. This was once the city’s social centre, where Romans gathered to bathe, worship and connect.

The itinerary offered a somewhat reasonable balance between scheduled activities and leisure time. However, given the extended time in each location, there appeared to be missed opportunities to include additional group sightseeing experiences. Greater consideration of the time of year could have influenced the selection of sights and activities offered. At times, the experience felt more like a personal trip with logistical support rather than a fully guided group experience.

The hotel in Paris was too far away from the city center. It felt like we spent most of our time driving back and forth across the city. The hotel in London was perfect. The restaurant for the Farewell Dinner was horrible. I expected more for my money than what was provided. The food was bland and tasteless. There was only a few choices and they were clearing the plates to get us out of the restaurant before we were barely through eating. Also the tour guides always walk too fast and it is hard to see the sights and keep up with the guide. I haven't traveled with Trafalgar in a few years and had forgotten this. It is not pleasant when you are older and trying to walk on coblestones and having to run to keep up with the guide. I am not sure I will travel with Trafalgar again because of this issue.
