The tour provided an opportunity to see key tourist attractions and to travel from one to another quickly and easily

Our family had a great time and we see many places in Japan at very short 7 days. We enjoyed Japanese foods and couture. We stayed in good and very convenient hotels that close to all shops. We had a few tour guides and they are very nice and knowledgeable and very helpful. Nadia, David Solanes and Pablo are doing wonderful jobs, although we are the only 3 of English speakers on this tour, they tried to explain as much and explain everything clearly. Especially David Solanes is full of energy and funny personality, he shows us that very much of Japan couture, movie and music etc. and guides us for the restaurants and places near hotel, he is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you for the good time in Japan.

Mess up from makemytrip made us miss out on first day s visit on the Tokyo metro. Rest of the visit was perfect. All our guides especially David Munoz and David solanes were warm, wonderful and knowledgeable about all the locations. We had a great time with Europamundo and would surely want to travel with them soon. We are looking for trips to Western Europe and Spain in July / December. Do let us know about any good packages.

The make my trip team did not share all the information properly leading us to miss the first day s activities. Else we would have booked an earlier flight out to Tokyo

Loved my 7 day Essential tour. I would like to mention our 3 tour guides that took care of us through our 7 day tour. First Minji who was with us for our first 6days. She was just a GREAT guide. Patient,knowledgeable,kind and fun. To make our bus rides less boring she taught us some Japanese vocabulary, another day it was writing our name in Japenese and taught us all how to make an origami swan. This young lady also speaks 3 languages. She was just AWESOME. We were sad to see her go on our last day which was Osaka during the day we had David Solanes from Spain. He was funny, entertaining and we loved his music. At night in Osaka we had Kiko from Argentina sweet, kind very helpful. About the tour itself loved everything except the 1st day taking the train to Shijunku..next morning going to Shibuya crossing early Sunday morning no people and we really didnt experience Gion so late a night. But LOVED Mt Fuji, Nara,Asakusa,Kyoto,Bamboo Forest,Fushimi Inari and more. Hotels were wonderfully located across from the train stations all for Osaka. Food was ok for me but thats me. Please make sure the tour guides get the the credit they deserve. Looking foward to my next tour with Europamundo

This tour was advertised as being conducted in English. This was most definitely NOT the case. Our guide was a nativevspanish speaker, and his command of english was limited so that we would get a half hourbof machine- gun fire Spanish followed by a two orcthree sentence english version.Extremely irritating The tour wascalso advertised asvfor 2 to 99 year olds. I am 73, andvstruggled withe pace, as thevrest of the group were younger than this by several years Nonetheless, the hotels were excellent, the bus very comfortable and the company excellent

No telephone to speak to someone directly for my specific questions was very frustrating. The canned copy/paste responses thru the messaging system werent always helpful. We planned other days in Japan specifically around this trip and the hotels provided; it would be much better to have had the specific hotel confirmations sooner than 48 hours of the start of the tour, as some things became a logistical nightmare for us because of where we booked to try to be near the hotel, but the one in Osaka for instance changed. The Toyota museum visit was a slog, and something alternatively in Nagoya or the surrounding area wouldve been much better.

Accommodation, food, transport and tour guides were all excellent. The only problem we had was the hotel parking in Osaka at Holiday Inn Express. Bus cannot park at the front of the hotel, we have to walk 4-5 mins on the road with our luggages. Overall, we are happy with the tour, will use again Europamundo on our next holiday.

Each of the tour guides we had, Nadia, Maria and David were all informative and engaging.

The trip was well organized and the guides were very good

I got very easy airport pick up with caring Nadia. Tour managers are pool of energy, professional , having perfect information about Japan , Japanease people, culture, history and most importantly they have high respect for Japan. We will reccomand close friends to have Europamando as travel company who has groomed great managers.

This trip was amazing and wonderfully planned by the Europamundo team and I felt that I was able to see many super interesting things during the 7-day trip to Japan. I learned a lot from the tour guides and received a lot of useful information during my visits. The transportation and hotels were all chosen well to be located in central places, so on the free time we could go out to eat and shopping. I loved the fact that each city was guided by a different tour guide that was excellent expert within that city.

This was the best trip I had ever had. The organization and coordination of this trip was incredible. Everything was executed timely and rarely we had delays. The agenda and schedule for the day were planned carefully with logical planning, and it was all super efficient and well executed. We had tour guides for each city who specialized in that specific city, all of them were super Knowledgeable and kind. I want to specifically point out David Solanes, who was such an amazing person and guide; he spent every moment explaining more about the local we are going to visit, including the background and history. I want to add that this tour is 100 bilingual Spanish and English and all the guides were fluent in both, which made everyone feel part of the experience. Although we had an unexpected storm while we were there, but the team rearranged the schedule very quickly and we did not suffer much loss of time or damage. Overall I loved this experience, everything about it was absolutely worth the time and well worth the money
