For the most part our trip was great. There were a few instances that were not so great but I think more information to the English speakers would have been helpful. When we booked our trip we did not know it was primarily for Spanish speakers so a lot of the time what the guide was saying in Spanish was a lot and the English speakers got a brief description. Some of the hotels we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning so was somewhat uncomfortable. We were traveling with another bus that had Spanish speakers in addition to our bus that had some too. When we got to our hotels there were 2 bus loads of people trying to get to their rooms at the same time. Maybe a little more time between arrivals would be helpful. Our bus drivers were good. We had the same one in England & Scotland and again in England. His driving was ok however the bus needed cleaning…..sweeping once in awhile that he didn’t want to do even after it was suggested. Our driver, Mahmoud Mostafa, for the Ireland portion was very accommodating. He took pride in his bus and was most helpful.
Thanks to Williamho who was a tour guide for a day in London. Then it was Yolanda the bubbly guide who made it interesting and fun from Cambridge to Dublin . The elegant sweet lady Beatrice besides giving us all the information made it all the more interesting by actually having a quiz on Ireland and distributing pan cakes as gifts. Amazaing and last two days it was Chris. A nice person who made both day days interesting and ensuring from entry to drop we were all taken care all. All of them were amazing. I had a problem at the pick up. Despite informing the agency my flight is delayed, the Driver Joel threatened to leave me and go and demanded 15 pounds. I called the agency and they refused to give me any further information. The agency and Driver were both hands in glove. He asked me for 7 pounds and I was forced to give him INR 700. This behavior is not acceptable to threathen the customer to leave despite informing that the flight is delayed. a very special thanks to the Drivers who were very good in their driving skills and ensured our safety all though - Kevin, Mahmood . Grateful ! otherwise the trip was awesome
Most of our tourist passengers in our group were Spanish speaking only and they can’t really communicate with us. Though they are friendly. I like all the the places we’ve been, the scenery the companionship of everyone. Tour guide well deserved.
About 95 of the tourists in our group were Hipanics. Hard communicating with them in English. We like the sceneries and interesting places.
I liked how the tour guides took control at hotels and different stops where we had reservations.
