Baltinache Hidden Lagoon in San Pedro de Atacama

Today we left our hotel in San Pedro de Atacama to take the route that connects this town with Calama, crossing the Cordillera de la Sal. You can choose the time, colors and landscapes for the morning and we leave between 7.30 and 08.10 hrs approximately. You can choose the colors and landscapes of the afternoon and we will pass by you to your hotel between 14.00 and 14.40 approximately.

After a brief journey of approximately 25 km, we will reach our destination, the impressive Baltinache Lagoons, also known as Hidden Lagoons, due to their difficult access. This set of seven lagoons of clear water dazzles with its scenic beauty and the transparency of its waters, which have a high level of salinity, similar to Laguna Cejar and the Dead Sea.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing walk, exploring the surroundings of the Baltinache Lagoons, where the tones of its waters contrast perfectly with the colors of the desert that surrounds them, creating a perfect scene for photography.

If you opt for the morning, we will delight you with a rich and complete holiday, even if you prefer the evening, you will be able to taste an exquisite cocktail while admiring the scenic beauty of these lagoons with turquoise waters, standing out among the white altiplanic landscape.

After exploring these natural wonders, we will undertake the return to San Pedro de Atacama. We will leave you near the municipal parking lot, from where you can explore the charming town at your own pace, or, if you prefer, we can offer you a private service to drop you off directly at your hotel.
