Ready for a week of adrenaline-fueled mountain biking? The Bali MTB Boot Camp is a seven-day journey for experienced riders eager for adventure and camaraderie. Gather with your group in Canggu and set off on a series of rides through Bali’s most exhilarating trails: from the lush rice fields of Jatiluwih to the volcanic slopes of Mount Abang and Mount Batur. Expect challenging ascents, thrilling descents, and stunning single tracks around the rim of Mount Batur’s caldera—with the ocean on one side and volcanic peaks on the other.

Five consecutive days of riding push your limits, but there’s also time to relax on Bali’s beaches or bond with fellow riders after each trail. What sets this tour apart is its focus on both technical variety and group support, ensuring a memorable journey for seasoned cyclists. With fully supported logistics and a mix of adventure and downtime, this trip promises the ultimate mountain biking experience on the Island of the Gods.

day 1Canggu arrival

Meet our representative on landing in Canggu airport. Please look for the sign with your name on it. The drive into Canggu from the airport takes approximately 30 minutes. There are no activities planned during the day and you have plenty of time to relax and recover from the journey.
Head out for a local meal in the evening and meet your fellow travelers as well as our team. The accommodation is located in the popular Batubolong area very close to the famous surfing spots of Canggu. There are lots of activities in this area along with good bars, beach clubs, small boutiques, great restaurants and amazing surf. Just keep in mind it is a big day tomorrow.
** For 2019, time permitting, we now include a visit to the Amplitude bike and pump track on Day 01 (optional). We will take dirt jump bikes with us as well. No worries if you are not an expert, it's just the perfect way to get the tour going! If you arrive late on Day 1 we can include this activity on Day 7 as well.
