We really enjoyed our recent King Ramses Tour of Egypt. Great guide (Nashat), good hotels, enjoyable Nile River cruise and awesome sights and history made for a wonderful experience. Longer-than-preferred bus travel between cities, and the overnight train travel between Cairo and Aswan was less than desirable, but OTG was up front and realistic in setting expectations in advance of the trip. We knew what we could expect; thereby no surprises.

Petra was definitely our highlight! It really wowed us. The Wadi Rum desert was also a truly unique and amazing experience. We also enjoyed Jerusalem for its beauty and historically rich culture. The rest of the Israel tour was kind of a whirlwind sampler, but gave us additional overview of what the country has to offer. Having the Dead Sea day in-between the Jordan tour and the Israel tour was welcome chill time to recharge and experience the rejuvenating effects of the Dead Sea water and mud!

I recently completed a 5-day Ha Giang Loop tour, and it was hands down one of the most unforgettable experiences of my travels in Vietnam. The trip was extremely well-organized from start to finish, with every detail taken care of from transport to meals and accommodation. A special shout-out to our guide, Eagle, who truly made the trip exceptional. He was not only enthusiastic and full of energy every day, but also incredibly accommodating and approachable. Italian Concerto was my Retirement Trip, and it did not disappoint! It was everything I wanted and more. We had a marvelous time. Our tour director, Sara Rossi, was amazing! Everything was planned out beautifully. She even managed to switch things around in Venice to work around the rain, so we could enjoy the Gondola ride, not an easy feat to rearrange activities for 42 people. Our driver, Massimilliano, was excellent, we felt very safe at all times. The trip covers all of the big ticket items in Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Florence, and Venice, while still showing lots of local flavor. The most wonderful part of Trafalgar tours is the "Be my Guest" dinners, a chance to really feel like you are a part of someone's home; on this trip, a 15th-century Chateau in the Tuscan Hills. Wow! I highly recommend Trafalgar. This was my second tour, and I can't wait to book my third.

I have just returned from a weeks walking in Gran Canaria and it exceeded all expectations. Great hosting by Ben and Rosie, lovely accommodation, spectacular walks that were expertly set for the skill level of the group. Group size was small so we received a very personal service. If you want to escape to some winter sun, undertake beautiful walks with lovely company at a very reasonable price, do not hesitate to book this tour. What an amazing Holliday we have had. Fresh back from a 6 day hiking holiday in Gran Canaria and absolutely buzzing from the experience. Our group was mixed ability and Rosie and Ben were excellent at attending to the different needs of the group. Everything was so well planned, taking all of the hassle out and leaving us to thoroughly enjoy the breathtaking views and absorb the Canarian culture. Rosie and Ben were fabulous guides and even more fabulous companions, giving us loads of laughs, lots of culture, a wealth of geological and botanical knowledge, and above all, a blossoming friendship. It was a pleasure to have a more low-key and relaxing sail in Greece. The crew looked after us really well, and the standout was our Tour Leader, Nikos. He made the experience all the more better with his great conversation, support for everyone and his warm hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure we were all looked after and most importantly safe. The food onboard was delicious and ensured we didnt go hungry. The cooking class with Katerina was a highlight, highly recommend! Only feedback I have is that the itinerary of the trip on the Top Deck website/app doesn't match the actual itinerary of the trip, which caused some confusion but other than that it was an enjoyable week!

The whole trip was amazing - everything was organised down to the minuite which was a nice relief to take the pressure off planning and organising for a few weeks. The included activities were amazing, and the optional extras were well worth the money. (please note lots require you to pay in cash so bring lots of that with you.) it’s a great taste for so many different countries across Europe and gives you ideas of where you might want to go back to explore more in the future. My trip leader Dylan was fun, understanding, knowledgeable and caring. He was able to further explain information when requested, and passed on his personal experiences when he had them of his own.

Europe the easy way- right way to tell what I experienced. I’ve done my fair share of planning trips in my 40s.booking hotels, figuring out trains, missing connections. This time, I wanted ease. These guys delivered. From the moment we landed in Paris, everything was taken care of: the transfers, guides, comfortable hotels, even entrance tickets to major sites. We explored iconic French towns like Giverny and Amboise, and that day in Mont-St-Michel was something I’ll remember forever. The Spain portion felt like a warm breeze after the cooler French north..Montserrat’s mountaintop monastery was stunning, and I loved our time in Barcelona. The evenings were ours, which meant we could explore or just relax with a glass of wine. I met people my age from across North America, and it was so refreshing to travel with others who wanted to experience culture, but not at a breakneck pace. Highly recommend for anyone who wants that balance of exploration and comfort.

Two weeks through Colombia and Peru, and it felt like we packed in a lifetime of memories. It was busy, yes, but in the best way, every day brought something new and unexpected. Cartagena was our first stop, hot and humid, but absolutely beautiful. Great seafood & some of the most charming streets I’ve walked through in a long time. The coffee region was a real highlight for me. I’ve always enjoyed a good cup but actually seeing how it’s grown and meeting the people behind it added a whole new appreciation. Brought back a few bags and now I can’t drink anything else. Bogota was big and bustling. A bit hectic at times, but had a nice energy to it. The view from Monserrate was well worth the climb (well...cable car in our case!). Then Peru — absolutely stunning. Machu Picchu is everything they say and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. The Sacred Valley was peaceful, Cusco was full of character, and Lake Titicaca? Fascinating. I had no idea about the floating islands before this. A few early mornings here and there, but that’s part of the deal when you want to see so much. Would definitely recommend this trip to fellow travelers 50+ who are still up for an adventure but want it all organized for you. Just pack your walking shoes and an open mind, South America will take care of the rest.

Well, they kept us busy but we didn't have to worry about travel since Steve was our coach driver and got us everywhere - even when it seemed impossible to pass through some roads! They made sure to stop us along the way and take advantage of the gorgeous views and experiences.
