Winter in Turkey — November to March

As the cheapest months to visit Turkey, unless you are checking out the ski resorts, the winter season is best spent in the cities like Ankara or Istanbul, where attractions and resorts are still open. The period between November and March is cold in Turkey, with temperatures averaging around 2–6°C (36–43 °F).
