Great walk, beautiful scenery, excellent accommodation, luggage transfers went without a hitch. Electronic map made it almost impossible to get lost. English weather!
The Trek was excellent - the scenery was fantastic with the clear weather in mid-October. The trekking was sometimes challenging, but never too hard for fairly fit "almost-60-year-olds". The views of Everest and its surrounding peaks, especially from Tengboche Monastery, were fantastic. If you don't feel the need, or have the time, to go all the way to Everest Base Camp, this is the trek to take!
My family and I had an amazing time on this Amalfi Explorer trip. We used them for our first Camino Walk. From start to end everything went smoothly. Two couples, bags transfers, accommodations, transportation where required. We had great information and support from the time we started our contact with them up to the end. We walked 300km+ , it was great to know there were beds at the end of the day and the hotels /motels were all great. Highly recommend!
