Continue to Lyon, where you will walk through the World Heritage Site old town and get to enjoy the cable car to climb Notre Dame de Fourviere, a huge basilica. Hotel in Rome was not good,room was good but the service was hopeless.when asked for a blanket they said they will send but after an hour still no one showed up and when we called second time they just cut the phone.it is not worth to say 4 star at all.
The staffs were not at all professional and lacked of English language.But I would say trip was enjoyable.
All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.
Traveling with G was a great experience! Perfect mix of guided experiences and free time. Really nice to be able to have Grace to ask about food options or things to do!

The trip was good but a few things need to be addressed - the hotels were not very good - wallpapers were peeling, carpets were very dirty and torn and the breakfast was not good. The bus rivers were great but the seats were too close to each other - my tall sons did not have enough legroom. The guides were wonderful and helpful Next time we would like to not be put together with another group that speaks a different language.
Very good itenerary. However, Jthat Indus would subcontract out the tour in Italy to Europamondo we would definitely not have booked this tour. While the itinerary was perfect it was incredibly annoying to have 2 tour guides giving the same explanations of the different locations we were visiting on the bus rides in 2 languages so Europamondo can save money One speaking in English and one repeating the same explanation in Spanish. We had to listen to this for 14 days At times what seemed as long as 15 to 20 minutes each speech. We personally, were actually asked to keep our voices down during the Spanish explanations yet the Spanish speaking people who complained behind us would talk during the English explanations.

Just so you know we are retired and travel internationally extensively on tours every month. We have never had this bilingual experience from any other tour company trafalgar, friendly planet, gate1, Fleetway, Tauck, etc. We are not inexperienced travelers.

I had the most amazing experience and time of my life on this tour. Choosing G Adventures and the 'Gotta-See Europe: Germany, Austria and Italy' tour was one of the best decisions of my life. Our tour CEO Filip was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible, and he created the most fun and positive environment. The whole tour was incredibly well organised and I always felt safe, happy and relaxed knowing that someone else was taking care of the tour group. I was very fortunate to have such amazing people on my tour. We were able to bond so quickly as we all shared our love and enthusiasm for travel and these specific places. Every place we went to was so beautiful, rich of history and culture and truly unique. The included activities were so much and full of variety as we relaxed in lakes, went on bike rides, visited museums and much more. This tour was the perfect blend of free time and included activities. Through this I was able to not only have an extremely joyful and relaxing vacation but it also enabled me to achieve so many things including improving my skills for travelling without feeling the stress of having to figure this out alone in a foreign continent and on the other side of the world. I definitely recommend this tour, especially to young, solo and inexperienced travelers but really to anyone who has a passion for travel and who is open to meeting new people and trying new experiences.

We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
