I really enjoyed this trip. It provided the right blend of organisation and flexibility to suit my preferences. All of the hotels were excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. When I needed support, the response was swift. The walking instructions were usually clear and the downloaded GPX files allowed me to double-check when I was unsure. For me the estimated times were more than enough for breaks and photos. I would happily use them for any other walking holidays. Thanks!

The bikes were great and the GPS worked almost all of the time. The gravel paths were very bumpy and sometimes quite slippery. The accommodations were friendly and in great locations. The luggage transfers were very efficient.

Set off on an unforgettable cruise from Lyon to Martigues, with ports of call in Mâcon, Tain-l'Hermitage, Avignon, Arles, and the Camargue.Discover the 2,000-year history of Lyon as you stroll through its cobblestone streets. Ten percent of the city has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the Vercors Massif and its steep limestone cliffs and vineyards perched above the valleys.
This trip took us through a sparsely populated area of France, where we saw few people, but saw plenty of old buildings and walked along roman roads through the mountains.
The food and accommodation was excellent and we met some interesting people.
Highlights for us, were the Verdon Gorge and walking along the roman road that climbs through the mountains.
We completed this walk in August, when the temperature was 33 degrees, hot for walking. However, we will return again in the Spring or Autumn.

I really enjoyed this trip. The picnics were a real highlight as I appreciated not spending time in restaurants during the day. Excellent food, too!
I felt I got very good value for the cost of this trip.
