Getting to meet and spend time with our wonderful new friend Evi, who also was our tour manager, was the best thing about this trip! I feel we were blessed to have the best Collette has to offer in her as a guide. She is a wonderful human being and we would love to have her come to Alabama and stay with us. She has an open invitation. And as I have always been intrested in archeology, our trip to Akrititi was my also a memorable part of this tour. And the FOOD! Wow. We love all of it!
