He responded quickly to all my emails and questions and was helpful in accommodating our needs and changes we wanted to make.Transfers were organized and punctual, all drivers and all hotels we stayed at welcomed by The hotels were all very nice. But our absolute favorite was the Mykonos Bay Hotel. The beach was beautiful, the food was great and the people were so friendly! If he had two favorite islands, it would be Mykonos. For the beautiful hotel we stayed at, the beach, the great food, and the friendly people. And another favorite of mine is Crete. Thanks to the kind people, the size of the island and the delicious food! Overall it was great! Thank you Eskapas for your great work!
I was impressed with pre booking process with Alex from Eskapas. He customized the trip and he was very patient with us. We modified our itinerary many times and he answeres all of our questions. I was very confident that we had chosen the right tour company. The promptness with which we were greeted at Athens airport, and the pick-up and drop-off to the hotels and airport were impressive. We really liked all the hotels that were chosen for us. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
